Crappy service not the room I ordered poor attitude Moldy room damp coffee maker didn’t work unsafe people sleeping by the door not worth the price and time really unprofessional

During check in they gave me a card to get in the room, told me to park around at the back and come through the side door. However they didn’t give me a key to get in the door. Fortunately another person came by and let me in and told me to get a key from the front desk. The rooms air conditioner was on high and quite cold, although there is a thermostat in the room it doesn’t seem to work. We were unable to turn the air conditioner down.

I like that you can go through multiple entries. Less of a walk to get to room.

Reservation was cancel, not by me. However Hotel had email from Expedia indicating room was cancelled by traveller. I was never informed by Expedia. Confused??????????

Guaranteed the worst hotel and unsafest stay I have ever experienced. Never have I ever had security try enter my room or have “house keeping” knock on my door 3-4 times at 5-6 am. Honestly do not recommend this hotel to any person. I had to leave 10 hours before my check out time because of the constant knocking and trying to enter my room through out the night. As a solo aboriginal woman; I would never recommend this hotel even for a family.

After a small mix up with our reservation, the service was fantastic. Very friendly. The rooms appeared recently updated and very clean. Our only issue was that our room was very cold with the ac blasting when we arrived.

Coffe maker didnt work. Couldnt turn on heat on cool air blowing. Otherwise all ok.

Very Quiet hotel with friendly staff

This hotel was very clean and the staff were awesome. The hotel is outdated but very clean. The restaurant was clean, staff are amazing and the food was good.

First time staying there. Not bad just not used to having to use a physical key to get into the building after hours.

Friendly staff, heating systems was hard to adjust. The comfort level was not acceptable.

We thought we booked a 2 queen bed room on second floor, but ened with 1 king on main floor. Tv programming is useless nothing on unless you like french with subtitles
