During check in they gave me a card to get in the room, told me to park around at the back and come through the side door. However they didn’t give me a key to get in the door. Fortunately another person came by and let me in and told me to get a key from the front desk. The rooms air conditioner was on high and quite cold, although there is a thermostat in the room it doesn’t seem to work. We were unable to turn the air conditioner down.

Reservation was cancel, not by me. However Hotel had email from Expedia indicating room was cancelled by traveller. I was never informed by Expedia. Confused??????????

After a small mix up with our reservation, the service was fantastic. Very friendly. The rooms appeared recently updated and very clean. Our only issue was that our room was very cold with the ac blasting when we arrived.
