Razoável. Reservei a suíte mais cara, pedi decoração especial. Ao chegar, metade do prometido na decoração não tinha sido entregue. O quarto possui aparência bem antiga, um estilo que não condiz com luxo. Papeis de parede rasgados e tortos, cores cansativas.
Wifi somente para enfeite pois não funcionava.

Pelo valor que cobram não compensa.

Hotel antigo, porém bom! Bem localizado e com opções no café da manhã. Funcionários educados e prestativos.
Tenho apenas um ponto negativo para ressaltar. Pedi um cobertor extra, por volta das 21 horas, e me disseram que não seria possível fornecer, pois os funcionários da rouparia já tinham ido embora e a porta estava trancada. 😳

Hotel muito famoso na cidade, o quarto era bom, arrumado, porém embaixo da cama estava bem sujo, com muita poeira, embaixo da cama também havia um pote de creme usado.

Pros:

Os quartos se encontram em situacao de grande desgaste, com roupas de cama e travesseiros gastos com aparencia (e cheiro) de velhos, alem da iluminacao fraca (leds brancos), e uma das televisoes dos quartos que nao funcionava o volume. Outro ponto negativo foram as cortinas, que nao apresentavam fechamento total, deixando o quarto claro demais desde bem cedo. O ponto positivo foi o atendimento da recepcao, muito atenciosos e educados. Resumindo, nao é o mesmo Hotel Bertaso que me hospedo desde crianca.

Pros:

O hotel tem boa localização, no entanto não justifica o valor cobrado. Está desgastado. As cortinas não vedam a passagem de luz externa e o ar condicionado não tem capacidade de gelar o quarto, deve ser pela marca de baixa qualidade. É um bom hotel, decoração desgastada mas de bom gosto.
