We love it here!
The location and views were absolutely beautiful and made the stay very relaxing. The staff were also incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our visit. The scenery alone was enough to enjoy the stay without needing to leave the property.
The room itself needs some maintenance and updating. The curtains were ripped, the sink had cracks and leaked, the shower sprayed water everywhere, and the hot tub took a very long time to fill due to a loose faucet. The WiFi was also very limited and only allowed streaming when other guests were not actively using it.

La résidence est situé entre jungle et lac, dépaysement garantie.
La résidence propose, dans chaque immeuble, le dernier étage en libre accès avec rooftop, piscine, espace détente.
L' établissement propose un grand ponton d'où l'on peut se baigner, se détendre avec hamac, bain de soleil, balançoire dans l'eau, kawak à disposition.
Situé sur la route principale juste avant Bacalar.
Durant notre première nuit, grosse fête dans l'établissement juste a coté... Impossible de dormir avant 23h00... Le lendmain, plus un bruit donc peut être un manque de chance...
Malheureusement restauration en panne lors de notre deuxième jour, donc pas de petit déjeuner ... Il a fallut prendre la voiture.

Loved the view of the lagoon and access to the water. Staff were great. Restaurant had good food. Property was very well taken care of. Appreciated the free kayaks available for use.
Loud music really travelled from a neighbouring property having a big party, but that was not the fault of our hotel and it only happened the Saturday night. I also thought the restaurant could have a little more variety of foods on the menu.

The rooms smell strongly of mould though. They need to do a better job of maintaining the buildings in an extremely humid environment.

El lugar es muy agradable, esta frente a la laguna, y el restaurante muy rico. Lo que más me gusto fue la amabilidad del personal. Excelente atención.

Wäre eigentlich sehr schön direkt am See eher ruhig gelegen.
Wir haben nur eine nacht gebucht, ich bin aber beinahe um 12 Uhr nachts freiwillig weggefahren.
Unser Zimmer Nummer 2 war am Abend als wir retour kamen plötzlich voller Ameisen, es gab wirklich eine Ameisenstrasse, es hatte sogar Tausendfüssler im Zimmer und beim Balkon ein kleines Wespennest, das Zimmer war auch nicht sauber! Ich habe dies beanstandet und mir wurde ein anderes Zimmer angeboten, das besser war aber als ich am morgen Aufstand hatte es auch da Ameisen. Am nächsten tag bin ich gegangen als ich ging fragte die Mitarbeiterin bei der Rezeption ob ich ein Kaffe will ich sagte ja und Sie bot mir 2 Smothies an, ich dachte sie möchte mir die als kleine Wiedergutmachung offerieren aber Sie hat tatsächlich nochmals 330 pesos von mir verlangt.
El muelle está muy lindo. Las habitaciones tienen una maravillosa vista. El entorno de la selva es increíble
El acceso a la laguna es complicado. Si vas con una persona adulta mayor no lo recomiendo. Las almohadas son incómodas. La cocineta no funcionó, ni el jacuzzi del roof top.

El servicio; la atención excelente. La privacidad del lugar también un plus. El café del restaurante increíble.
