Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig und nett eingerichtet. Die Betten waren außerordentlich bequem und das Zimmer wurde jeden Tag einwandfrei gereinigt.
Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt.

Beds were comfy.
We had various issues during the stay - we got locked inside our room due to a known defective door lock which they admitted. When we called reception there was are reluctance. to help us open it. After 20 minutes trying ourselves we managed to open it. If the door has a defective lock then the room should not be allocated to a guest until the issue is resolved. To add - the shower was a joke of its own turn it to cold it goes hot - turn it to hot it goes cold so that was very frustrating and again no apology or offer of changing rooms. The WiFi didn’t work well if at all. There is a thing called boosters however it seems at this hotel they do not understand it. When we come to check out we were told we would have to pay for a small towel which apparently we made unusable - to add this was on the floor when we checked into the room so my wife had a fraught discussion with the manager over the phone to complain.
Very nice and helpful staff (they helped us with finding laundry service!), clean room and comfy beds
Bathroom could be a bit cleaner, but no big deal.
Even though the booking was confirmed and paid for, there was no room available on arrival. They said this was because they forgot to update availability on the website. These mistakes can happen ofcourse, but even though it was their fault, it took a lot of time and convincing before I got my money back. The alternative hotels they suggested where not suitable at all
