The room was super clean, there were staff at reception 24/7 - we arrived in the early hours of the morning and someone was there to greet us.
The bed was nice and comfy, the air-con and wifi worked well as did the Netflix account.
Staff were super kind and helpful, we had a ferry to catch from Batangas pier and thought we’d be able to get a taxi - but grab wasn’t available that far of a journey. They walked us to the bus depot (a 5 min walk away) and put us on the bus so we knew we were on the right one.

Its only for couple, how could you imagine toilet and shower are see through from outside

Serenity within the city. You will not feel you’re in Buendia. Clean and comfortable stay. They also offer breakfast that comes with unli coffee.
The door should be shut properly and double check before leaving coz it doesn’t locked well if you gently close the door. They have a space for parking but limited and could not fully accommodate wide cars.
A nice place but had a door that was hard to properly lock and secure.

One of the harder reviews to write-once inside gates, it's very nice. But the location is sadly kind of sketchy.
