Spent just one night but can’t say anything bad about this place.
Staff are very friendly and we feel safe everytime we go there.
Sometimes its noisy from the outside, not very soundproof. But its also the culture of philippines everyone is always buzzing about.
The garden view was a nice touch, and being able to relax outside made the stay even more enjoyable.
The entrance may be a little disappointing at first, as it is not particularly attractive, and the fence near the entrance looks somewhat rusty. However, this did not affect the quality of the stay or the overall experience.
Location is near the bus terminals, which was very helpful esp if you need to rest before coming back to province. appreciate the staff round the clock, i was not able to mention i'll be checking late but there was still someone who was able to entertain me. room is spacious and clean. thanks to rose and her staff for great help!
nothing in particular as all is great, just a recommendation to maybe put floor mats in the bathroom as the tiles tend to be slippery when it gets wet - but this is not a major discomfort at all.

The staff is very friendly and responsive. The rooms inspite of being a little small were quite impressive with the facilities provided.

Staff were very good, friendly, and helpful.
Its not easy to find. Not so visible. Its annoying because its easily missed. Not very visible. Maybe a much bigger numbers would help. We drove passed it only because I spotted the higher numbers in more visible sign further up. Then my pick up also missed the place and had to drive around. A signage easily seen from the road would help especially in the dark.

The room was super clean, there were staff at reception 24/7 - we arrived in the early hours of the morning and someone was there to greet us.
The bed was nice and comfy, the air-con and wifi worked well as did the Netflix account.
Staff were super kind and helpful, we had a ferry to catch from Batangas pier and thought we’d be able to get a taxi - but grab wasn’t available that far of a journey. They walked us to the bus depot (a 5 min walk away) and put us on the bus so we knew we were on the right one.

Its only for couple, how could you imagine toilet and shower are see through from outside
