Perfect break for us!!
Pros:

Room was sea front absolutely spotless there was 2 flights of stairs but the exercise was needed 😊 free parking onsite

Cons:

Sadly no breakfast but we walked into town and the pier also offered snacks, we also had events so didn’t try the restaurant but will definitely be back again soon.
Room service was excellent clean bedding and hoovered and lovely smell to come into. Tea and coffee trolley offered with biscuits a really nice treat.

Comfortable stay nice views of sea, but no breakfast offered.
Pros:

The location looked over the pier to the sea.
The room was modern/bed was comfy & bathroom was modern & clean.

Cons:

The rooms had been recently renovated, and smelt very strongly of gloss paint.
I opened a window, but as this was a Victorian building the windows were very big & there was a storm the night I stayed, so had to close it.
If the room had been left for a week or so to air out before guests used it, it would have been fine!

There is no breakfast offered here when I asked at reception (only a restaurant in the evening)
The breakfast offer wasn’t clear from booking.com & the hotel - mixed messages.

Gorgeous hotel with fantastic views and welcoming friendly staff.
Pros:

Great view. Lovely decor. Very welcoming.

Cons:

The weather was cold when we visited but we couldn’t turn the radiator or towel rail on. Some extra heat would have been nice.

An exceptional stay with spotless rooms, attentive staff and thoughtful daily touches.
Pros:

I couldn’t have asked for a better stay. The room was spotlessly clean and had everything I needed. The staff were attentive and friendly throughout my visit.

The room was serviced daily, with the bed made and supplies such as water and biscuits topped up each day – something I haven’t experienced elsewhere before.

The property was perfect for my stay and I will definitely be returning on my next visit.

Cons:

The only small suggestion would be having a key drop box for guests checking out early, as there wasn’t anywhere obvious to leave the key (not unless I wasn’t looking properly!) Other than that, everything was excellent.
