My stay was okay for the limited time I was in the hotel during my stay.
Pros:

The size of my room was great. The big windows were great so it was light. Easy access to room on the first floor. Easy check in and check out. Liked having Starbucks but a very small selection as in no Matcha tea for a non coffee drinker.

Cons:

The limited choices for a healthy breakfast in the restaurant. limited choices in the shop for healthy snacks..and breakfast choices like Oatmeal...e.g.
Housekeeping...my bed was never changed in the 4 days i was here...there was no message that they would be changed every other day or every two days....which would have been fine with me. Lack of replacing paper cups in my room when room cleaned...had to find someone to ask to get clean cups.

Pros:

Bed was comfortable, shower was great

Cons:

No room cleaning was done. I had to request clean towels twice and had to ask to have my trash removed. Woman that works 3-11 was very kind and was the only housekeeping person to rocked towels and remove trash.
Room was too small for two people.

Pros:

Accomodated us when our flight was delayed. We checked out and used shuttle service and ended up back at room for 4 more hours. Gentleman at desk very helpful on July 12.

Cons:

Sheri at checkin seemed annoyed she had to be there and deal with people.

We definitely will use it again next time we visit family in upstate NY.
Pros:

This was a fantastic hotel close to the Albany Airport We enjoyed walking in the near by Crossings Park and dinner on Wolf Road. We stayed there specifically because we had a very early flight out the next day. Thank you

Pros:

Staff handled paperwork via email which allowed some of our party members to check in early while I was still traveling. This allowed us to prepare for the graduation that we were there for. Process was hassle free, super friendly staff and clean environment. Will stay here again! 10/10

You are still not servicing the rooms daily. We are 6 years past Covid time for full service to come back.
Especially for the rate that you charge per night to stay at your location. What are we getting for that price other then a room.
Coming in and making the bed, putting down new towels, checking toilet paper/ soaps, or even a quick vacuum isn’t much.

If you aren’t going to service the room then do breakfast as part of the price.

12 oz water and sodas $4.94 each - really!

Pillows still need lots of help!

When I requested for someone to straighten up my room a lil she pretty much said no said something when it was asked it was denied which is not nor will be ever true.
