Good for what we needed

It was close to everything.

Cons:

The sofa bed wasn’t the best. Mattress thin, springs starting to come through, no bedding where they stated it was and when front desk brought up bedding for it, it was the wrong size and the blankets were itchy. Also the pool wasn’t usable and they don’t tell you about the hold they issue on your cart for if you want to purchase anything from the market. It comes off the overage they hold and if you don’t use it they return it back to your card after checkout

The hotel staff was very rude. I have a difficult time with the staff. also, they overcharged me on my card.

Pros:

The hotel is beautiful and set up nice and convenient to the airport.

Cons:

The bed was awful, sagging on both sides, no sleep at all . Seems they bought cheap mattresses as the rest of the hotel looks fairly new and modern.

Very good airport location Courtyard
Pros:

I always visit this place even if I live in Albany area
I can leave my car in my house
I don't have to pay for airport parking fees
And take the airport shuttle service to the airport

Besides, this property has very clean rooms
And, a very good location near the airport
The staff at the Front Desk are very friendly
Special mention to Mike
He gave me a nice welcome gift being Titanium
And, he also gave me a nice room
