The hotel staff was very rude. I have a difficult time with the staff. also, they overcharged me on my card.

Excellent stay. Will definitely stay again.
Pros:

Did not eat breakfast. Very friendly staff.
Was very clean and very quiet. Excellent stay.

Pros:

The hotel is beautiful and set up nice and convenient to the airport.

Cons:

The bed was awful, sagging on both sides, no sleep at all . Seems they bought cheap mattresses as the rest of the hotel looks fairly new and modern.

Very good airport location Courtyard
Pros:

I always visit this place even if I live in Albany area
I can leave my car in my house
I don't have to pay for airport parking fees
And take the airport shuttle service to the airport

Besides, this property has very clean rooms
And, a very good location near the airport
The staff at the Front Desk are very friendly

He gave me a nice welcome gift being Titanium
And, he also gave me a nice room

Supply of water. In case you run out of water that they give you, then you will have to drive out of the hotel to get it as they will not give you more

It was okay but Hilton is better.
Pros:

The front desk was great, the bed was comfortable, the temperature was good, it was clean enough. I had to add a night and they were great about it.

Cons:

A man on hotel staff banged on my door after midnight and tried to come into my room. He was apparently delivering luggage and got the wrong room. Then around 12:15AM someone called me with a clearly insincere apology and when I said, first you banged on the door and woke me up, then you tried to come into my room after midnight, and now that I'm almost back to sleep you decided you would call me? And he hung up on me. I stayed here because I bought a house and was moving, so I was exhausted and really needed some rest. I didn't get it, and although I planned on speaking to someone in the morning about what happened, I was way too tired to deal with it after hustling to wake up and check out. On an unrelated note, I think it's weird that there is no low lighting in the bathroom and no fan.
