Would come again.
Pros:

The staff was very nice and I loved that the hotel had their own parking garage.

Cons:

My only complaint was that my bed a wasn't very comfortable and there was some type of stain on the wall across from the bed. Also, it was kind of difficult to change the channel with the remote.

Good overall, though quite noisy.
Pros:

The front desk staff were super friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Noise, both inside and outside, was louder than expected. Room doors close VERY loudly, and traffic noise from outside was incredibly loud. At times, it sounded like the window was open, that's how loud it was.

The location, location and yeah location! Very friendly staff especially Jack! Very welcoming :-)

A quiet place to stay and close to everything
Pros:

The staff was awesome they worked with me , very patient , very helpful and very polite during a very stressful situation Shout out to the front desk staff and Ms. Cherie for all your help during my stay
In a great location like 3 blocks from Bourbon Street, One block from canal Street( street cars) and two blocks from the buses ( I had to go to Walmart)
And it was QUIET

Good value, great location
Pros:

It was exactly as expected from the brand. Our fee staff interactions were positive. The usual New Orleans congeniality was on display. A staff member even located and brought up the hoodie our daughter dropped before we even realized it was gone! Excellent location for the CBD, the Quarter, the Warehouse District and not too far from the Marigny.
Would stay again.

Pros:

The parking garage is so small and it doesn't fit trucks or really any normal sized cars in it. Plus you have to do it all yourself so that's no fun when on vacation.
