I loved the location! Close enough to everything so that you could walk in the commercial district, French Quarter, and the riverside in a short amount of time and there was a bus station nearby if you wanted to go to another part of the city. Provided some much-needed quiet away from the busy areas of Canal St and Bourbon St. As for the front desk, Janaja was especially helpful and was able to switch our room when we had issues with the first one. The housekeeping staff was also very vigilant and kept everything super clean!
Our first room had a view of just the inside of the hotel and our TV signal did not work. But when we brought up the TV issue to the front desk, Janaja immediately offered a new room and was able to accommodate us on a street view. My recommendation would be to ask for a street view if you want some natural light in your room.

My vehicle was to big to fit in the parking garage but the nice lady at the desk let me know there was one right at the next corner not to far so that way good
When we arrived at 6:00 pm the room they gave us wasn't ready nothing was cleaned 'bed wasn't made.
We went back to the front counter & told them what happened he gave us another room.
As I'm a member we should of had some type of compensation but nothing was offered

The only other issue was paying for parking....should be included in the price. Also...it wasn't easy to drive down the ramp....very tight.
PERFECT location
Very disappointing service from the front desk staff, particularly “Lavender.”
Housekeeping must be requested by 8 a.m. the day before, which I did by calling Jack. However, by around 1 p.m. the next day, no one had come to clean the room. On my way out, I asked Lavender at the front desk, and she told me there was no record of my request and that housekeeping had already finished for the day, so nothing could be done.
I understand that mistakes happen, but what was upsetting was her attitude. Rather than acknowledging the possibility of an internal mistake, her response made it feel as though I was being treated as if I were making a false claim. A simple acknowledgment would have been sufficient.
When I asked her to call a supervisor, she ignored my request. I then spoke to another staff member standing next to her, who turned out to be Jack—the same person I had spoken to earlier. He remembered our call, acknowledged that the request had likely been missed, and apologized, which I appreciated.
Afterward, when I asked how long my request to speak with a supervisor would be ignored, Lavender replied that Jack was her supervisor—and that I had already spoken to him. The response felt dismissive and unhelpful, and she still made no effort to involve him or assist me.
To make matters worse, although I was told at 1 p.m. that housekeeping had finished, when I returned around 4 p.m., staff were still cleaning rooms nearby. This suggests the issue could have been resolved but was not.
Later, I happened to speak with a staff member who appeared to be the general manager, and she arranged for my room to be cleaned.
Overall, the stay was good, but the lack of professionalism and accountability from certain staff made the experience very frustrating. This was a simple issue that could have been resolved with a brief acknowledgment, but instead it was handled in a way that made the experience unnecessarily frustrating.

Our room windows open to the inside of the hotel, there was not sun light it was dim and dark.
I agree with another reviewer… no microwave. I had to throw away food I ordered because there was no where to heat it up. The ac thermostat was broken & set on FREEZE! I literally had to take the blankets off the 2nd bed if not I would have turned into a popsicle. The vent was broken, bathroom vent had so much dust I couldn’t stop sneezing! You get what you pay for. Next time I’ll pay the extra 10-25 bucks more to stay in a nicer hotel… one of the towels also had a long blonde hair on it that attached to my face when I was drying off… was not my hair, I am brunette… ewww
Friendly staff. Clean hotel with clean rooms. Nice location. Highly recommend. This is our 3rd time staying here. Within walking distance of lots of things to do.
Would be better if rooms had a microwave. There is one down in the lobby to use but in the room would be so much better.

En arrivant, on nous a informé qu'il n'y avait pas de petit déjeuner inclus dans notre hébergement alors que nous avons payé ce service qui était clairement affiché sur Booking lors de la réservation et également sur notre confirmation de réservation, ce qui a entrainé des frais supplémentaires que nous n'avions pas prévu. Notre réclamation au service client de Booking est restée sans suite malgré nos relances.
Nous sommes restés 3 nuits et aucun passage pour nettoyer la chambre ni même vider les poubelles.
