Lit confortable
Emplacement parfait, proximité avec les principaux monuments, nous avons tout fait à pied

Propre malgré odeurs d’égouts dans la salle de bain..

Cons:

Organisation zéro pour récupérer le code pour entrer dans le logement!!!!
Le matin même de notre départ toujours pas de code.. nous rappelons donc booking
La personne que nous avons eu par téléphone nous a précisé qu’il n’y aurait pas de soucis et que nous aurions le code mais qu’à 14h
Nous partons donc prendre notre vol et arrivons vers 15h au logement
Toujours pas de code via l’application booking..
On a du rappeler la plate-forme sur place et attendre 1h avant d’avoir le code pour entrer dans le logement
Organisation à revoir!!!

Prévoir bouchons d’oreilles, bars en bas un peu bruyant les week ends

The location is good, very convenient, close to most tourist atractions and city center. A lot of restaurants and bars around to have quality dinner or just for drinks.

Cons:

The main issue was a very strong sewage smell throughout the apartment on our first day. The odor was intense, acidic, and seemed to come mainly from the bathroom/toilet area. It was very difficult to ventilate, especially in the bathroom, and it affected our comfort during the beginning of our stay. The smell only disappeared on the last (third) day.

Also, the apartment was missing some basic amenities such as a hair dryer and a clothes iron.

Las instalaciones están muy bien. El personal muy amable.

Cons:

Pagamos el parking que nos ofrecieron, pero al llegar nos dijeron que no aceptaban motos. El personal del apartamento que tampoco lo sabía nos devolvió el dinero. Se puede aparcar la .moto en la entrada pero hay que tener en cuenta que está rodeado de discotecas

Um alojamento perfeito em Sevilha:acolhedor e com uma hospitalidade irrepreensível.
Pros:

Além de o apartamento ficar super perto de tudo — da zona histórica, de farmácias, supermercados e de todos os serviços necessários para a nossa estadia — ainda está apenas a cerca de 3 a 5 minutos da zona mais barulhenta, o que proporciona um descanso excelente durante toda a noite.

A simpatia das pessoas que nos receberam foi enorme, assim como toda a disponibilidade demonstrada, incluindo na saída, quando se prontificaram a guardar as nossas bagagens. Foram extremamente prestáveis e atenciosos.

Dou nota 10, porque foi tudo maravilhoso. Voltarei com toda a certeza!

Comfortable and tranquil apartment for city break
Pros:

Lovely apartment in the heart of Seville, short walk to other parts of Seville. Staff were very friendly and welcoming.

Cons:

Was hoping for the terrace apartment to sunbathe however did have an upgrade so catch 22.
There was a strong smell of drainage in our bathroom so we had to keep airing the apartment out. Didn’t ruin our stay but I imagine if you were staying there for more than 3 days and using the apartment to cook food that you would need it sorting.

Hospedagem maravilhosa!
Pros:

O apartamento é amplo, bem equipado, as camas e o sofá muito confortáveis. A localização é excelente, próximo ao centro, restaurantes, mercados e estação de ônibus. O banheiro é muito amplo e bem equipado, mas poderia haver mais luz. O elevador/corredor e portas são modernos.

Cons:

A limpeza deixou um pouco a desejar, pois havia muita poeira nos candelabros e janelas. Quando chegamos, o chão tinha areia na cozinha.

Wij hebben het enorm naar ons zin gehad.
Pros:

Locatie was prima. Vlakbij locale ontbijtjes, restaurantjes en de highlights van Sevilla. Alles was goed op loopafstand te bereiken. Na 2 dagen lagen er al weer schone handdoeken klaar. Het appartement was schoon.

Ravie d’avoir découvert Séville, mais déçue de ne pas avoir pu me reposer correctement au sein du logement. Le personnel

Emplacement, accueil parfait

Cons:

L’appartement était très peu équipé, pas de sèche cheveux par exemple. La douche n’était pas très fonctionnelle et présentait une fuite. Dès la première nuit, des gros travaux de rénovation ont commencé à partir de 8h dans le logement voisin, rendant le repos et le sommeil difficiles. Enfin, lors de la troisième nuit, le bruit provenant d’une discothèque située en bas de l’immeuble a fortement perturbé notre sommeil.

Cama amplia y cómoda.

Cons:

Mucho ruido que supongo por el aire acondicionado de los colindantes o por el extractor de aire de los baños u otra circunstancia y resultó imposible sintonizar en la TV los canales abiertos nacionales.

Apparemment très agréable, toute équipé.
Très bien placer, dans le centre ville.
À 5min à pied de la place d’Espagne

Cons:

Déçu du petit déjeuner. Le prix est légèrement cher pour ce qui est proposé. Ne vous fier pas à la photo qui montre le petit déjeuner. Cela n’a rien avoir.
