We hebben erg van onze trip en van ons verblijf genoten.
Pros:

De hospitalitie van de receptionist. Hij was erg vriendelijk en voor al je vragen heel erg behulpzaam. Reageert snel via de app en regelt zaken voor je. Ook gaf hij goeie tips over hoe en wat te doen in Sevilla.

Cons:

Het bedbank in de kamer rook niet echt fris. Verder was alles in goede staat.

Beautiful city,friendly people and very good prices
Pros:

Prime location,especially only 5 minutes walk to centre of the city,everything was close by and in walking distance staff were very helpful especially with late check in,definitely will be staying again if I get back there

le bruit du bar/club en bas non indiqué sur l’annonce, les mauvaises odeurs dans le logement (remontées d’égouts) et la saleté du logement (moisissures, trace de chaussure sur les murs, …)

Pros:

The location was excellent. The apartment was very clean, tidy, and quite spacious. Unlike some comments I had read before, there was no bad smell inside the apartment.

Cons:

There was a slight smell in the hallways sometimes. Also, noise from a nearby bar might bother you if you are very sensitive to noise, but otherwise it’s manageable. Slippers were not provided, so it’s better to bring your own.

Mi è molto piaciuta la cortesia e la disponibilità di Jose, il ragazzo che mi ha seguita nella gestione delle complessità legate al mio soggiorno e in generale il responso positivo della struttura alla mia richiesta di rimborso.
Mi ritengo fortunata ad aver avuto la possibilità di incontrare persone per bene, che mi hanno aiutata a gestire la mia situazione.

Cons:

Il mio appartamento (n°17) era proprio al di sopra di una discoteca.
Per le due notti che ho soggiornato (su 3) sono stata svegliata nel cuore della notte a causa della musica ad alto volume. Nonostante la seconda notte abbia avuto i tappi per le orecchie, non sono stati sufficienti a coprire il rumore che era molto alto. Purtroppo, alla terza notte mi sono trovata costretta a cercare una soluzione alternativa e a lasciare l'appartamento in quanto la discoteca chiude alle 7:00 del mattino durante il weekend.
