Chuveiro bom, água bem quente.

Cons:

A cortina do quarto não bloqueia a luz de fora, não fecha direito. Ruim pra dormir.
Quarto apertado para três pessoas.
Vaso sanitário fica na entrada do box, difícil sair ou entrar. É esquisito

Pros:

Localização muito boa, apesar de não ter estacionamento disponível.
Café da manhã Magnífico, tudo delicioso e o atendimento do Responsável é sensacional.

Cons:

Infelizmente um vizinho de quarto ligando a TV em volume exagerado às 6hs da manhã, tive de solicitar ajuda da Recepção dois dias seguidos. Talvez um aviso escrito solicitando respeito aos demais hóspedes

recomendo essa estadia. muito boa.
Pros:

Localização muito boa, ao lado do parque das águas. Café da Manhã farto. Muitas opções. Pessoal q atende no café da manhã é muito atencioso e prestativo. Limpeza impecável. Hotel cheio de coisas pra fazer, sala de jogos, academia, sala de cinema. Piscina. Bar na piscina. Bem legal.

Cons:

Cheguei as 23 hrs, cansado. Pediram pra eu preencher um formulário enorme, a mão.
O Aquecedor não funcionava direito, o do apartamento que fiquei é um aquecedor daqueles ar condicionado antigos, faz um barulho enorme quando liga. Não deu certo.

Vale o custo beneficio
Pros:

É um hotel que está muito perto da rodoviária, também está perto do centro, podendo fazer tudo a pé. O atendimento é bom.
Você consegue facilmente lugares para almoçar,jantar ou se divertir. Também está muito perto do parque da cidade.

Cons:

Não tinha calefação/ar condicionado no quarto
Não podia sentar onde eu queria no café da manhã, eles escolhem o lugar pra você
