Un espace calme et intime
Pros:

Un espace intime et calme.
Dommage que je voyage en solo 😄
La belle terrasse de la chambre 301.
La douche et le lit confortable.
Très bon wifi.
Et l'extrême amabilité des tenanciers de la guesthouse.

Cons:

Juste un petit manque de lumière vu que je travaille en ligne le soir mais une solution a été trouvée.

Pros:

Accueil très agréable. Très bon emplacement, proche de Old Town à 10 min à pied. Près de vélo gratuitement par le propriétaire pour des balades dans les rizières. Le propriétaire est au petit soin, il s'est occupé de nous louer un scooter pour une journée, cela a été très appréciable. Logement très propre et chambre très spacieuse.Très bon petit déjeuner.

Pros:

Das beste Zimmer, das wir in Vietnam hatten. Extrem sauber, mit einem sehr schönen Bad und einer hervorragenden Regendusche. Das Hotel ist zudem angenehm ruhig.
Das Frühstück bietet eine große Auswahl und war das beste, das wir bisher in Vietnam hatten. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich.
Absolute Empfehlung – wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Great place in a quiet setting, close to the river
Pros:

The hosts were super friendly and informative. Nothing was too much trouble. The location is great, a bit out of town but a lovely walk or cycle along the river and you are soon there and its so quiet here, it is worth the trouble. Breakfast was great - eggs cooked to perfection. Thank you for a lovely stay.

花园特别美，室内装潢也很精致，很有风格。订了一楼带一个露台的房间，满眼绿色，非常棒，也很安静。
门口的河里就可以坐椰子船，这个河道更窄人更少，感觉比大河里人很多的椰子船那边更舒适。
工作人员都很友好，洗衣服务不是免费的，但是价格很好。
不可避免有一些小虫子，不过可以接受。室内貌似是有驱蚊虫的熏香？
早餐很简朴不过也舒服。
附近没有什么店，要步行五百米有，这对我们来说不是问题。

Séjour plus que parfait dans cet établissement ! On a tout adoré, l’accueil chaleureux, la beauté des lieux, le calme et la sérénité qui s’en dégage, la grande chambre confortable propre et bien équipée, les petits déjeuners très bon et avec du choix, le prêt de vélo pour rejoindre le centre ville (il y a une piste cyclable /piétonne le long de la rivière, c’est très charmant)… bref on a vraiment adoré notre séjour ici et nous aurions aimé rester plus longtemps !

Purtroppo il mio balcone non aveva tetto causa maltempo mesi precedenti perciò non utilizzabile con pioggia. Sarebbe bastato un telo impermeabile provvisorio in attesa riparazione definitiva

Peaceful, charming stay with free bikes and an exceptional host.
Pros:

Fantastic place to stay!
The location is perfect: quiet and peaceful, away from the busy parts of the city, yet still very close to everything in Hoi An. You can easily reach the center on foot, and the free bicycles available for guests make it even easier and very enjoyable to explore the area.
What truly makes this place special, however, is the owner and host. He is incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. He knows so much about Hoi An and Vietnam and shares wonderful tips and recommendations that you won’t find in guidebooks.
For me, this has been one of the best places I have stayed in Southeast Asia. I would definitely come back.

שהייה מושלמת בהויאן
Pros:

חוויה פשוט מעולה של אירוח. המקום יושב על נחל וזה פשוט מהמם, הוא גם במרחק מספיק מהכביש כך ששקט. הגענו לחדר גדול, משופץ, נקי ומעוצב יפה. המקלחת הייתה מדהימה!!!! המארחים היו נחמדים מאוד ודאגו לנו לכל מה שהיינו צריכים, מעזרה בתכנון מסלול ומקומות שווים בהויאן והסביבה ועד הזמנת מונית מדה נאנג. ארוחת בוקר מעולה. יש להם אופניים שאפשר לקחת, מרחק של כמה דקות רכיבה מהעיר העתיקה ומשדות האורז. באופן כללי מקום שמרגיש כמו אירוח ביתי מבחינת האווירה, ומושקע מאוד לפרטים הקטנים- ענה לנו על כל הצרכים. ממליצים מאוד והיינו שמחים מאוד לחזור :)

Pros:

The best price-quality I have seen in all of south-east Asia. Honestly. The hosts are amazing people, so hospitable and nice, the location is delightful, the rooms are incredibly clean and just SO nice. If I ever return to Hoi An I return here.
