Purtroppo il mio balcone non aveva tetto causa maltempo mesi precedenti perciò non utilizzabile con pioggia. Sarebbe bastato un telo impermeabile provvisorio in attesa riparazione definitiva
Fantastic place to stay!
The location is perfect: quiet and peaceful, away from the busy parts of the city, yet still very close to everything in Hoi An. You can easily reach the center on foot, and the free bicycles available for guests make it even easier and very enjoyable to explore the area.
What truly makes this place special, however, is the owner and host. He is incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. He knows so much about Hoi An and Vietnam and shares wonderful tips and recommendations that you won’t find in guidebooks.
For me, this has been one of the best places I have stayed in Southeast Asia. I would definitely come back.

חוויה פשוט מעולה של אירוח. המקום יושב על נחל וזה פשוט מהמם, הוא גם במרחק מספיק מהכביש כך ששקט. הגענו לחדר גדול, משופץ, נקי ומעוצב יפה. המקלחת הייתה מדהימה!!!! המארחים היו נחמדים מאוד ודאגו לנו לכל מה שהיינו צריכים, מעזרה בתכנון מסלול ומקומות שווים בהויאן והסביבה ועד הזמנת מונית מדה נאנג. ארוחת בוקר מעולה. יש להם אופניים שאפשר לקחת, מרחק של כמה דקות רכיבה מהעיר העתיקה ומשדות האורז. באופן כללי מקום שמרגיש כמו אירוח ביתי מבחינת האווירה, ומושקע מאוד לפרטים הקטנים- ענה לנו על כל הצרכים. ממליצים מאוד והיינו שמחים מאוד לחזור :)

The best price-quality I have seen in all of south-east Asia. Honestly. The hosts are amazing people, so hospitable and nice, the location is delightful, the rooms are incredibly clean and just SO nice. If I ever return to Hoi An I return here.
Lovely bedroom and interiors. Breakfast with choices, 2 dishes and a drink included. Anne (dutch) and Mr Trung (Vietnamese) who ran the place were very helpful with recommendations and booking transfers. Lots of nice detail around the place. They have free bicycle hire so it's about a 10 minute cycle along the river into town
We had a wonderful time staying with our hosts, Mr. Anne and Mr. Trung. They were both very attentive and helpful. They organized airport transfers and booked a scooter for us, all at a fair price. Anne gave us a very pleasant welcome in the inviting entrance area. Our room was very clean and nicely furnished. In general, this accommodation is furnished with great attention to detail, from the reception area to the rooms. They took time for us and gave us local tips on cafés and places of interest. Thank you very much for the wonderful time we had with you!

You should keep in mind that you have to walk around 20 minutes to city center or take a grab or go by scooter.
Good place to stay. Not to far from city centre (we like walking:)). Quiet.
Staying at Pink Tulip is definitely the highlight of my trip to Hoi An. The garden view is so delicate, facility in the room is well-served, and the breakfast all always well made by Anne and Trung. Communication with them are always effective and smooth.

Ci dispiace non aver avuto più tempo per chiacchierare con loro. Non solo ciò hanno assistito per scegliere mete e mezzi ma ci hanno dato anche tante informazioni su questa parte del Vietnam.

Great and quiet location. Very good for a light sleeper. Very nice walk along the river bank to the city centre or short drive on Grab taxi. Clean property . Owner is very helpful and friendly. Service is excellent. Well done!

We had an amazing time at Pink Tulip.
The owners were very friendly and helpful and cold help with everything. From airport pickup, to breakfast service, local tips and food, laundry, and easy riders, they arranged things for us all with a fair price which we really appreciate.
We liked the design of this place and the amount of care put into it. It’s the details that make the differences.
This place is a gem. The main lobby is inviting, the room was great, and the owners are friendly and helpful. One of our hosts even delivered the bikes to the little restaurant we had gone to eat at once they were ready to go.
They are trying to reduce their waste plastic etc, which I really appreciate.
I am a bit nervous about animals etc, so a ground floor room would not work for me. But some guests would like it.
We stayed during the big flood. Most of Hoi An was flooded, but we remained in good shape at the Pink Tulip. Our room was large and modern, breakfast was great, and we enjoyed talking with Anne and Trung. They are so helpful in navigating Hoi An, and they arranged our pick up and return to the airport in Danang. They both work very hard, and they do all the work at the hotel themselves. They are an admirable hard working duo.
