Calming
Pros:

I went to Wa for a funeral, lost my sister, my son and I were going and my daughter and grand daughter came with after. They accommodated two other people nicely and with a rush to make sure we had the extras we needed.
When you first walk in its beautiful with so many plants and water trickling it was very calming. I really liked that. The elevator was glass so you saw the beautiful lobby as you went up. The people were very nice and helpful and patient. I appreciate that. The room was not fancy, it was clean and roomy for all four of us.

Cons:

The mattress cover on one bed didn’t fit correct and kept coming up

I've stayed here before, will stay again.
Pros:

My second visit to this property. I ended up in the same large room with a comfortable king sized bed. The room and the hotel are both quiet. Property in general is very clean. Lobby always features fresh fruit and fresh coffee. Cookies are available under cover. Staff is friendly and responsive.

Cons:

The bathroom in this particular room is a bit small - and staff let me know this before I took the room, so not a big deal. The water temperature is good, but the flow of water in the shower is weak.

Excellent stay during a difficult time
Pros:

Cookies at the front desk were good. The front desk clerk was excellent, sadly I do not remember his name. He was very helpful and pleasant.
The beds were very comfortable.

Cons:

One night around 2am there was another guest who had his TV on very loud.

Worst night of my life
Pros:

I couldn't tell you I was not able to check in inpaid over 100$ just to have to sleep on the streets because i could not check in and did not get my money back

Excellent value for money
Pros:

It was exceptional value for money! The staff was super nice, the place was nicely decorated with lots of lush plants, the room was super clean and well maintained. The location was easy to find, I heard no outside noise during the night. The bed was comfortable. I'll return.
