Location and newest building, i thought
Bathroom needs to be clean and update. Low quality.
Shower head water that comes out is so thin that needs to be cleaned so water will fully sprout.overall room is clean .

Ac is not functioning well
We booked a room online, when we arrived there was no parking because of a funeral and we would have had to walk a long long distance with our luggage, i have health issues and asked for a refund. Staff blamed it on us. Definitely do not recommend this hotel. go to j. vargas hotel. there is parking and a pool and friendly staff and great food. The staff is blind and the guard is a liar. Don't pay attention to their reply to me. We was there. They are just a bunch of crooks and the hotel is situated on a tiny street across from a funeral home lol. At least if you die in your sleep you wont have to travel far to get embalmed. I could not walk to the hotel to talk to them personally because i have COPD and heart issues so my gf went and talked to the guard. Its not much money but its the point ! If any of you ever wants a refund good luck on that. Don't ever use the booking sites because they are as big of crooks as the rental places. Impossible to get a refund.
The rooms was huge with 4 beds large bathroom and shower

It was a nice stay in Infanta the room was good for the location and the staff were nice. We had a good breakfast there. The beds were surprisingly comfortable.
Location, friendly staff, great food
Staff have always been friendly. I stay here regularly, and they know me well.
Facilities are nice, with both the inn and the restaurant. FYI, there is no elevator, and the staircase steps are a bit high. They don't have solo rooms, so the smallest room I stayed in when alone had two queen beds and a single bed.
Cleanliness - always clean when I stayed.
Comfort - rooms are very spacious, and they accommodate my request for a small work table. The bed mattress could be more comfortable, but no complaints.
Value - prices are not the lowest, but still a good value. I just can't stay too long and have a big bill.
Location - centrally located, with plenty of tricycle routes. The hotel restaurant is already good with a variety of items on the menu at very reasonable prices. There are many other restaurants around town as well, unlike when staying at a beach resort, where you have minimal dining options.
WiFi - they give you a login for the days of your stay for each device. Speed is acceptably good, but the bandwidth is not significant.
Overall, this is my ideal lodging in Infanta when I have events to attend in town. The staff make me feel at home.
