Good for a one night stay.
Pros:

Location an easy walk from.the station. Staff efficient at a busy Reception. Quite an old building with basic room facilities and hot spring bath on site. Breakfast is included and allows for an early morning start.

Cons:

Bathroom is really small, maybe because of available hot spring bath. Mattress very firm.

Staff were very nice and professional. Great budget hotel.
Pros:

Location was really good. Enjoyed being right by Aomori station and having access to many good restaurants and using the buses and trains to get everywhere.

They refuse to give invoice
Cons:

They refuse to answer mine and Booking.com messages. I requested invoice for my stay and they lied they don't give receipts - booking.com handles that. I had to leave, contacted booking.com and they assured me this is not the practice - hotel MUST give invoice at request of customer. I will fix this review when/if they respond.

Pros:

付属の温泉は、町の銭湯そのもので地域に溶け込んでいる様子がまた良い。

Pros:

It's not too far from Shin-Aomori station (about 2500 yen by tax at the time of writing thisi). They have an onsen that I didn't use, but would have if I wasn't staying for only a day.

Cons:

A bit of a confusing layout as the lobby is on the second floor. However, I managed to figure it out.

Pros:

地元民が利用している天然温泉に直結してるホテルです。夜は12時まで、朝は6時からやっているので3回入りました。気持ちよかったです。
朝食はバイキングで種類が多く美味しかったです。
若い女性のスタッフ（🔰）がとても親切で、色々調べてくれました。のっけ丼の店も近くてロケーションもよいです。
