I stayed twice in one week at this nice but functional hotel. Location OK. The rooms are spacious with decor rather plain but neat and tidy. Beds comfortable., Bathroom clean.
Food availabe but llimited choice at the restaurant.

I have to say that the lighting in the room leaves a lot to be desired. I stayed in 3 different rooms and all rooms were lit with fluorescent lighting that were far too bright. No soft lights or lamps by the bedside.
Perhaps the guests should bring their sunglasses!
Centrally located, good management, warm and efficient staff round the clock.

I did not like the absence of hospitality. I stayed 7 nights. I had to ask for something as basic as the complimentary water bottles. I could get the restaurant menu through WhatsApp after one hour of reqesting ! The staff often argue with each other in frlont of guest. And of course smiling faces are a impossible to find.
Please note that the blankets in the rooms need to be replaced as they are causing discomfort and itchiness. Kindly arrange for new blankets at the earliest

I stayed for 1 night recently and found the following:
1. AC didn’t work. It was switched on, but the room wasn’t getting cold. The staff knew and so have a fan on full speed.
2. No hot water. I was checking out in a rush and wanted a shower before that. But no hot water at all.
3 The rooms are unclean everywhere. Spots and stains on walls, doors and even sheets. Really makes the stay do unpleasant.
It was a horrible stay. If we spend this much money, we expect a certain standard of service or cleanliness. This place has a standard of a 200 rupees lodge.

Trevligt! Stram typ skandinavisk inredning. Mjuk skön säng, bra badrum, effektiv tvättservice och bra frukostbuffé. Gångavstånd från järnvägsstationen och nära stadens alla museum.
Got horrendously overcharged for this hotel. It was pretty clear to see that we got charged 3 to 4 times what we should have been charged because we’re foreigners. Room rate did not remotely match the quality of room or service expected. Hotel staff asked for more documents than required when we checked in even after they verified our visas. Overall, it was a disappointing experience. Would not recommend to others.
Right from check into check out it was terrible.No proper attention to guests.I was given a room which was not cleaned.It was in very bad shape and dirty.This was the first impression.Then after a good bang they changed to other room which wash room was in bad shape.Further during 2 night stay no proper attention or service.Behaviour of the hotel staff right from front desk to other staff not at at all suiting to a hospitality industry.i thoroughly regret to choose this property.
Staff was fantastic - courteous and professional. My one main complaint was internet was very slow at the hotel.
