My day was quiet and peaceful and close to the mall of America. That’s what we needed.
Pros:

I love that the property was clean. The staff was very nice. I enjoyed my stay with my family.

Cons:

I did not hate anything about the property, but I did not like that. You did not have complementary breakfast and we had 10 people with us.

The location super close to the MOA, we really like the fact the hotel offered a shuttle to the mall, David was super nice guy (driver) and really gave us nice tips where to eat and check around

Cons:

Everything was great! Didn’t like the fact that I requested to clean out my room and they forgot however I asked for a new room and they said yes!! So that’s a super plus!

I loved how clean it was, how close to MOA it was. My kids loved to watch the planes take off.

Cons:

There were people above us who was a little loud. Nothing on the facility, just people above us making loud sounds.

I would stay here again and I would recommend to others as well.

The staff was wonderful!! The food was very good and the rooms were nice and clean!

Cons:

We waited almost a half hour at the airport for the hotel shuttle to come get us.
