Great vibe!
Pros:

Loved the main area—modern and very open but with sub-sections for a lounging/gaming area, restaurant area, bar section etc. very well done, welcoming and comfortable. Kudos also to the staff, from reception, to airport transportation, to the restaurant and bar, to the housekeeping staff you met on the floors, everyone was happy to have us. Great vibe all around whether families, teams, or older travelers all passing through.

My day was quiet and peaceful and close to the mall of America. That’s what we needed.
Pros:

I love that the property was clean. The staff was very nice. I enjoyed my stay with my family.

Cons:

I did not hate anything about the property, but I did not like that. You did not have complementary breakfast and we had 10 people with us.

The location super close to the MOA, we really like the fact the hotel offered a shuttle to the mall, David was super nice guy (driver) and really gave us nice tips where to eat and check around

Cons:

Everything was great! Didn’t like the fact that I requested to clean out my room and they forgot however I asked for a new room and they said yes!! So that’s a super plus!
