I would stay here again and I would recommend to others as well.
Pros:

The staff was wonderful!! The food was very good and the rooms were nice and clean!

Cons:

We waited almost a half hour at the airport for the hotel shuttle to come get us.

Pros:

Location, good restaurant in house, and over all solid accommodations, the wait staff and bartender were friendly and fun.

Cons:

Desk staff was excellent, but not much for smiling or being friendly, a bit of banter goes a long way in making people feel welcome when coming into an unknown place.

Airport parking and shuttle a scam
Pros:

Location and rooms were nice

Cons:

Prior to booking on bookings.com, I called the hotel and ask them about the parking for one week and shuttle to the airport. They told me it was included in the price if I were to book anywhere it’s a part of staying at the hotel. This was through Cambria reservations. Well when I got to the hotel, they said parking is $20 a day while I am gone. Very upset and they would not give me free parking. I only stayed at the hotel because I thought it was free parking or I would’ve stayed home the night before flying out. The receptionist did not seem to really care about getting me a deal or giving me a refund, but she said she was gonna submit a claim for me to get a refund, which makes no sense to me. I feel I was pulled out of a group because I booked through bookings.com versus actually booking through the hotel.

Pros:

Henry was very superb! Friendly, kind and considerate. Will enjoyed talking with him and food was great.

Cons:

Front desk need to be more helpful. 1st time at Cambria and I walked in , no one said hi, no can I help you. I had to ask if this was the front desk where I check in?

Amazing as always
Pros:

Breakfast and the common area has games to spend time together as a family verses stuffed in our rooms

Cons:

Only downside no hot tub but we knew before booking!

Pros:

Absolutely ridiculous. The place is very nice but when going to bed 2 unmatchable socks were found in the sheets. Complained and the desk person said you can switch rooms but 2 people were sleeping already so passed on that. They said they would have refunded our room charge but could only do 1/2 of it being we booked with a third party. In the morning guess what, two more socks were found in the sheets and now there’s 2 pair. Nothing more was offered at the front desk and the socks were dirty so the sheets were never changed from the previous people who stayed. Will never stay again.
