The staff are excellent, my husband and I came off a flight and we were so exhausted and left early however our scheduled early flight changed and we had to go back to the hotel which the girls at the front allowed us to stay with our same reservation and use the room till check out for our flight later. This really meant a lot to us as our entire journey was a horibble experience and they made it better for us!

What we liked most was the free breakfast and the shuttle to the airport.
The hotel appears a bit tired and in need of a facelift.
Bathtub plug was broken, 6 floor tiles were broken and i tripped a couple of times, the room door was warped it was loud when we opened or closed it, the freezer was filled with ice, i asked to have the clothes dryer repaired 2 times and it wasn't repaired. I had to spend at least 20 extra dolllars and than hang ny clothes inside the hotel room; to many inuit was intoxicated
The staff was very friendly and accommodating which was really nice, having checked in at 3am and being so tired. The place could use a little love… the ceiling in the bathroom showed water damage, the mattress weren’t too comfortable, 2 light fixtures did not work.

La seconde chambre était acceptable mais le cabinet de toilette était bouché et coulait lentement… nous avons accepté l’inconvénient sans dire le mot!

Friendly staff. Ok amenities, in one case I had a noisy air conditioning in another the main light wern't working. Breakfast was ok. Calls for shuttle from airport or train station are sometime forgotten it seems and there is always an hour delay before you get picked up. From the hotel make sure you confim the destination with the driver as written instructions are not always communicated to the driver by the reception.

I traveled 22 hrs to get to the hotel, loving everything although I checked in late & not much time to stay in the hotel/ room, but meeting a friendly front desk staff is a bonus.
Excellent location to the airport. However this property needs serious updating! Very sad
The room was very nice and clean. The staff were great and super helpful. Wish the place had a restaurant for when we got arrived in the evening and needed something to eat. We ended up having to order in.
