Эта гостиница оставила у нас очень приятные впечатления. Особенно понравилась атмосфера — здесь спокойно, уютно и очень комфортно находиться. Также большим плюсом является удобное расположение: всё необходимое находится рядом. Персонал вежливый и внимательный, а номера чистые и аккуратные. В целом это отличное место для отдыха и проживания.

Мы приехали, несмотря на рейтинг 7.9, и сами убедились, что всё на самом деле очень замечательно. Сервис и отношение сотрудников на высоком уровне. Номера тоже достаточно комфортные и удобные. В целом всё очень отлично.

Будьте бдительны!!!
Cons:

Забронировал через Booking.com , при заезде администратор сказал что якобы моей брони нет. Хотя я показал ему в приложении подтверждение, и письмо в почте с подтвержденим. И код бронирования сказал. В итоге он, сказал что не нашел моей брони и попросил отметить её и тогда они заселят меня со скидкой, но отмена платная, Я отказался. Меня заселили, Я оплатил, но к концу проживания мне пришло письмо, о том что администратор отметил что я не заселился, а я сижу сейчас у них в отеле в номере 307. Какое то мошенничество.

Good experience
Pros:

The hotel was in a good location, we stayed here for the first time. The staff was friendly and helpful, the breakfast was tasty and quite varied, the room has air conditioning to regulate the temperature. Overall we liked everything.

Cons:

I don't know if it's worth mentioning, the interior was clean. I would mention that the light in the room not enough for such area. However everything was fine. The only downside was that when I woke up in the morning to drink water, I found a white centipede in my glass, which was an unpleasant occurrence.

Кондиционер старый и сильно шумит. На завтраке кофе машину нужно 3-4 раза прогнать, прежде чем сварится нормальный кофе
