I guess I would also add that your coffee is fantastic and always hot
Pros:

Everything was great everything worked fine and there was no issues with anything. It was beautifully clean and well supplied. I came with my daughter who kept the room very cold and when I asked for a new blanket, it was folded
and put in my bed with some extra towels I sure

Cons:

I don’t know that you can do anything about it by the room seemed a bit small. I think probably because it’s an older hotel.

Great value, very clean with a cheerful staff.

Até hoje, dia 30/01/2026, não obtive o estorno do valor da caução efetuado em meu cartão de crédito na data do check-in, 3/01/2026. NUNCA tive esse tipo de problema com hotel algum. Espero que a Booking intervenha em meu favor o mais breve possível. Obrigado.

General is ok.
Pros:

Entrance door broken (room 224), the noise outside or from the next room caused uneasy. Air conditioner made a strange noise I had to stop it..

Horrible experience
Pros:

I liked the room itself and the jacuzzi tub

Cons:

My wife and I booked the honeymoon suite for our 13 year anniversary and it was terrible. Not only were we next to the elevator where we spent the entire day hearing people coming in and out and talking in the halls but there was a sports team staying there who were walking up and down the halls all day and night keeping us up and to too it off the honeymoon suite us right above the swimming pool where the boys from the sports team were for over 2 hour (past closing) yelling so loudly that we could hear everyrhing. They might as well have been outside our window. I even had to call reception after 10 to complain about how loud they were being. It was a HORRIBLE experience and I would NEVER return to that location. It ruined what was supposed to be a romantic getaway. Big waste of $200

Pros:

Staffs staff took my request’s very well

Cons:

It was hard to find the phone number of the front desk to talk to when I was away from the hotel. The numbers I got from google was answer by Ai. It was difficult to communicate and took lots of time to get the phone number from the Ai.
