Above average for the price with free light buffet breakfast we were very satisfied.
Pros:

Breakfast provided met our needs. Bed was comfortable and the curtains darkened the room even during the day. Large flat screen television though we don’t watch television much. In-room coffee/tea provided free.

Cons:

Our room key didn’t work after the first night required a trip to reception who explained they programmed them 1 night instead of the two we booked. Shower temperature at maximum, was lukewarm. Tap water tasted “off”, thus requiring us to buy bottled water.

Pros:

Very friendly and helpful staff at the front desk at checkin and the lady in the breakfast room very friendly also

Cons:

Very noisy with the Tim Hortons drive through next door and the road nearby. Other people getting ice around 4 to 5 a.m.

Pros:

Everything from check in to checkout was great. The lady working the breakfast went above and beyond. Very attentive and friendly.

I was dissatisfied during my stsy.
Pros:

I did not stay for breakfast. I did not like much. I was disappointed in many things.

Cons:

The water was not hot. Took.along time to warm up. Kids running in the hallway screaming. This happened many times. The heater was very loud. There was no where to put the bar of soap. When the shower stopped the hand lotion bottle on the wall started pouring out onto the counter. Tv channels were not that great. The looks on the drs are noisey. I was awoke at 5 a.m. to a lock being turned it was across the hall. Location was not good. Tims drive thru had many noisey cars. Upon leaving the girl at the desk was talking to a guest sitting in the foyer. While she was pleasant she never asked how was my stay and asked if I wanted a receipt.. overall very dissatisfied with my stay.

Gillian was wonderful host, very friendly and helpful
Pros:

Breakfast was a good variety, and hot. The beds were comfortable. Basic local channels.

Cons:

My request was not fulfilled when I arrived to my room. as I had to go to the front desk and request it again. The host Gillian was great, she assisted me promptly.
