When I checked in and gave my credit card to the front desk I was charged right away for the room. I was not advised I
Pros:

It was very clean and the staff was very friendly- gave the place a small town feeling

Cons:

The room I was in had a hockey team on the floor and we were harassed/attacked by a drunk woman. Police were called and the woman had left the premises. The staff moved us to another room for our safety. All this occurred late at night and after being settled it was the middle of the night. We lost a night’s sleep. We all had the inconvenience of not having our belongings handy.

Pleasant staff and comfy beds but no pool as advertised.
Pros:

Breakfast was OK. Some more fruits would have been nice. There was a bowl of oranges that have seen better days…

Cons:

The hotel pictures said there was a pool, there wasn’t. The staff said that guests have been upset about that consistently and Comfort Inn won’t change their pictures online because it brings guests in. We were really disappointed about that. That’s false advertising and we won’t be booking a Comfort Inn again.

Disappointing
Cons:

Through this letter, I am filing a complaint because the amount due when I made the reservation through Booking.com was CAD 178.37, but the hotel charged me CAD 183.73. I expect Booking.com to refund the difference.
Additionally, the person assisting me at the front desk was rather rude when explaining the hotel's costs and, moreover, ignored me, starting to attend to other customers without fully answering my questions. I believe Booking.com should address this behavior with the hotel.

Bonjour, mon séjour était agréable ! Les lits étaient EXTREMEMENT confortables !!! Au point que je ne voulais pas me lever !!! Malheureusement les draps étaient en polyster et non pas en coton. Toutefois, ils en étaient très propre. Ceci étant dit, la porte de la douche n'était pas propre à mon arrivée, le miroir avait besoin d'une retouche, la télé était pleine de poussière et cela m'a fait posé la question : est-ce que la chambre est vrm propre, surtout pour le prix que j'ai payé ? Sinon, tout était bien et les employé.es très courtois.es ! J'irai encore à cet hôtel, surtout si je pouvais réserver à l'avance pour faire basser le prix. P.S. Please recarpet or at least clean your back stairs, which I took every time instead of the elevator - they are grubby. Hello,lovely place, great front staff, EXCELLENT AND COMFORTABLE BEDS. Very clean and modern entryway and foyer. Cleaning could be improved, notably shower door, bathroom floor, smeared mirror, dusty tv and dusty wall furnishings. Back stairs down were in poor & dirty condition. Sheets polyster not coton. That being said, the sheets and bed very clean and comfortable, tv great, and I would stay again, especially if I booked farther ahead to get a better price.

Nice hotel, staff needs work.

The location and ambience was nice.

Cons:

I didn’t like how the sink in our room’s washroom was clogged and the water was taking longer time to drain, we stayed three nights and the second night we were out of toiletries because they weren’t fully restocked when we checked in. And I especially did not like the staff speaking down to us when we asked for more toiletries and the staff told us with attitude and loudly if we can bring down our dirty towels. We were spoken to like we didn’t understand English, and were both educated Canadians so I’m not sure why that was the case. Regardless it’s a mediocre hotel.
