Недорогой вариант рядом с центром.
Pros:

Хороший отель недалеко от важных достопримечательностей и станции метро. Было очень приятно общаться с персоналом, мы не встретили никаких проблем, даже когда возвращались поздно. Рекомендуем.

Cons:

Для кого-то может быть шумно, если останавливаться в номере, выходящем на улицу — но у нас с этим проблем не возникло.

Все вполне прекрасно. Но было бы еще лучше, если что-то сделать с шумоподавлением окон и если бы в номерах был какой-то
Pros:

Прекрасное месторасположение, минут 5 пешком и вы в центре. Рядом есть все необходимое: кафе, кофейни, магазины
Сами номера чистенькие, приятно было проживать, не было какого-то дискомфорта
Владельцы милейшие и добрейшие люди, все подскажут, расскажут, помогут, если надо. Отдельно хочется отметить, что всегда очень приятно, когда запоминают и обращаются всегда по имени
Я бы остановилась здесь в следующий раз!

Cons:

Единственный минус - шум от дороги, будто нет окон вовсе, а дорога под окнами постоянно оживленная (я могла только подремать после 2 часов ночи до ~5 утра)
Но не скажу, что это как-то портило впечатление от проживания

Местоположение отличное, рядом магазин карефур чтоб не переплачивать за продукты и вино. Отличный персонал, есть тапочки гель и шампунь. Очень понравилось.

Если вам надо остановиться на одну ночь или вы используете отель только для сна - это идеальное место! Номер выглядит уставше, окно малюсенькое под потолком, но кровать удобная, в ванной комнате шампунь, гель для душа, зубные щетки с пастой.
Главное - расположение идеальное! Это самый центр, а рядом и круглосуточные магазины, и обменники с хорошим курсом, и метро, и автобусные остановки.

This is not a hotel; it is more like a basic house with a very poorly maintained room. The room is uncomfortable, the furniture is old and basic, and the overall condition is disappointing.

The bed is uncomfortable, and the bedding is inadequate, with no proper bedsheets or blanket provided.

The materials used for the bed and bedding are of very poor quality and do not provide any comfort.

Overall, the accommodation does not meet basic standards of comfort, cleanliness, or quality. I would not recommend staying here, and it was definitely not worth the money.

Good hotel and location for the price.
Pros:

The location is convenient as it's almost in front of the Avlabari Metro station. It's convenient if you plan to take the airport bus as it runs along the same street. The price point is also an advantage.

Cons:

It's location could be a drawback since the main road has constant traffic noise.

sympathieke personen die het hotel beheren.
Pros:

kon nauwelijks de laptop gebruiken omdat de warm water apparaat verbonden is aan de zelfde elektrische snoer.En een stoel ontbrak.

Очень гостеприимный персонал (свободно говорят по-русски) и удобное местоположение (близко ко всем достопримечательностям; остановка автобуса из аэропорта через дорогу). Еще до заселения проинформировали подробно, как добраться из аэропорта. На все интересующие вопросы (даже не касающихся заселения и проживания в отеле) отвечали быстро. По приезду подсказали, где можно обменять деньги и позавтракать. Огромное спасибо за тёплый приём! Рекомендую данный отель для проживания)

Es okay wenn man nicht viel ausgeben möchte, das Bett war ganz okay, die Klimaanlage ist auch super.
