There weee signs that states unsafe structures and they were not supposed to have anybody staying unwanted my money here an still had to vacate the promise to another property to stay an repay NEVER AGAIN
Nothing
The place has been shut down by the town due to structural issues and no one bothered to let us know. We are still waiting for Expedia to refund us, plus we had to find another hotel at 9pm at night.
Nothing to like as the property is unsafe by the city with notices on all doors posting this.
Why r u selling this hotel?
the condition of the room and the overall environment were completely unacceptable. The room was entirely unequipped—there was no soap, no towels, no toilet paper, and the general cleanliness was abysmal. The mattresses were stained and unhygienic. . The WiFi did not work, the cable and televisions were completely non-functional, and the plumbing was faulty with water running continuously. We raised these concerns immediately upon check-in and throughout our stay, yet no solutions were provided. It felt as though there was no interest in resolving our issues, despite the fact that we had already paid in full and were unable to relocate due to financial constraints.
What is even more concerning, and frankly disturbing, is the conduct of the hotel manager, Sam. He was unprofessional, rude, and engaged in behavior that made both guests and staff extremely uncomfortable. His inappropriate physical gestures and unwanted contact toward female employees were appalling, and there are serious ethical and possibly legal implications that should not be ignored. My family has been going through a difficult time, and instead of finding a safe, clean, and hospitable place to stay, we were met with negligence, mistreatment, and unlivable conditions. No guest should ever have to endure this kind of experience. To make matters worse, no one from the hotel has been willing to address our request for a refund or offer any kind of compensation. The phone lines go unanswered
Our toilet in one of the suites had to be flushed twice every time. Then it made these strange gurgling noise. One TV didn’t have an outlet to plug it in. The staff said they would fix it or exchange our room, neither happened. One of the bathrooms in the suite had no toilet paper. The other suite door stopped locking, so it was exchanged. In the middle of the night the manager tried to bring other people in the room! When I went to check out no one was at the front desk nor did they contact me as asked. Would never recommend this establishment to anyone.
Was booked for 3 night's non smoking put me in first room smelled like smoke moved me to 3rd floor and the bed was unmade and people still had stuff in room 3rd room was dirty floor bathroom gross stains on the sheets and a used condom on the bed.
Good parts....the beds were comfortable, the air/heat worked and the staff was friendly. Bad....it was dirty, no cable, no wifi. I had to buy cleaning products. Not enougb towels. No soap. Dirt and hair all over the bathrooms.
First day no one waiting to open for us and we though we will sleep out
No one answer the phone
On heat
No towel
We change the room and guess what the other room no water to shower
Significant maintenance issues with the property, pulled down shower curtains, running toilets, cracked sink, light switch inoperable, damaged flooring, cracks in paint and severe paint quality issues. I had to turn on the water to my toilet, obviously turned off because it would run sometimes after flushing.
Significant cleanliness issues, floor was not cleaned, grout dirty, dust on all surfaces, mirrors were not cleaned properly. Five minutes after my shower, my feet were black with dirt and I had to wash them again with socks and shoes at the ready.
Quality was low: grungy furniture, damaged decor, fixtures and appliances had paint significant paint over spray. Sheets were clean but very low quality on top of low quality mattresses.
Hotel staff hustled to get me into a room and make sure things were good but had to run around to find an undamaged room then search for basic toiletries like towels and soap. They told me I'd have to wait until morning to get shampoo from the housekeeping staff. In the morning, the front office was locked, did not respond to doorbell, and had no key return box. Another customer indicated they had been waiting over an hour to return keys. They were mad that the TV did not work, however I did not test mine. I was forced to chuck keys through crack in the door.
No clean or felt safe. I left after 10 mins due to many concerns
Room not even available or accessible when we arrived. The guy who eventually helped us had to force open the door to a dirty room that had no TV. There was no other room ready, so we canceled and stayed somewhere else for the night.
Rooms could use an update
No working tv and no fridge the heater barely worked
When I first came to the hotel, it took about 10 minutes for somebody to come to the front desk to even check me in. They were friendly. I go to my room and it is nice. But during my own personal inspection, I find that it was very dirty and unkept. The TV does not work and neither does the Wi-Fi. The microwave does come on, but it does not warm anything up. The refrigerators do not work. They have told me for three days now that they would bring me a smart TV, which didn’t make sense because the Wi-Fi does not work. The very first night I stayed here they asked for me to give five stars and I had no problem doing that at the beginning. now it is three days later and the staff has become rude and very unhelpful. I have called the number several times to get help and it goes to voicemail and I never get a return call. Tonight will be the last time I ever stay here. I have reported them to the Better Business Bureau and through the company that I booked them through. I’m grateful that I bought the insurance so hopefully I will be able to get my money back. I would not waste my time or my money on this crap hole. I like to leave good reviews, but with this one I cannot. I took a video, but it does not allow me to upload it. And it was basically just showing that the TV did not work. I booked this room from Sunday January 19 until January 24. I would not even recommend this hotel to a roach.
Did not even stay. There was cops in the parking lot when we arrived so we went up the road to holiday inn. Not a place to stay for a family vacation. Any review that says this place is any good is fake.
When I got there to Check in the person that greeted me rolled their eyes and obviously was frustrated that I was there. The electricity
had gone out they were unable to check me in and ask if I could co.e back late. Once.
I was checked the room did not have a garbage can or a remote for the t v, but at that point I was very tired and just wanted to go to bed.
The next day when I asked about getting a remote the t v's are not working and that they're working on it.
Additionally during the stay I had to make sure I kept all my bags Isolated on top of a table Due to the roaches that I would see run across the floor, And would have to pick out of the bathtub in the morning. The room also had a musty smell That I now realize made all my stuff smell and probably myself Until I check in to my next hotel in DC and showered And went to get clothes from my bag
I can't say anything nice about this motel! I would give zero stars if I could. DO NOT stay there. The employees don't know what's going on, the rooms are dirty, there's trash and liquor bottles laying outside people's doors, the door to our room didn't lock because someone had previously kicked it in. When we said we wanted to cancel our reservation, they refused and kept our money. The hotel we ended up staying at said they get people who've cancelled there all the time. Absolutely horrible experience.
Couldn’t even stay there .the front wasn’t even open due to no heat . It was more of a crack house than anything else . Tried to get a refund but they still won’t pick up the phone or answer their email. Don’t stay or live there.
Worst place I've ever visited. Full of welfare recipients that don't try to improve themselves.
