Cons:

+Wife has mobility problems and facility is not very accessible with even a transporter chair with stairs and steps inside of room
. facility should be specifically marked and not wheel chair accessible.

It was a clean bed to sleep in.
Pros:

Crack in the bathroom sink, so water running on the floor. Hospitality book hidden in a drawer, so we were constantly calling front desk for assistance. Parking lot could use resurfacing. Grab & Go breakfast all high carb and high sugar items, no good for a diabetic.

Cons:

So many things.

Pros:

We had to go ask staff for a drain plug for the bathtub which he did bring directly to our room after locating one. Staff was very kind and helpful. The "grab and go" breakfast only goes until 9:30am so we seemed to have missed that. However, when we checked out around 10am, there was still coffee, bananas and apples out to grab.

Cons:

There seemed to be a bit of a smell in our room, perhaps just age as we know it is an older hotel. Outdated but alright. There was only one outlet that we could find near our bed which came as a problem to charge phones at night in addition to keeping the lamp plugged in if needed and to assist my boyfriends CPAP machine needed for sleep.

I was very disappointed and felt misled.
Pros:

Not much. Room and bed was OK.

Cons:

The place was under construction. Most of the rooms and parking were not available. It was not lighted well at night. I felt unsafe. Lobby was small with no other service areas. The restaurant was also closed/under renovation. No Ice. Breakfast was "take and go" and not very good. I couldn't control the AC unit. I was very disappointed and felt misled. It was not anywhere worth the price I paid.
