Adequate for what it is, but disappointing in some aspects.
Pros:

Close to shopping and restaurants

Cons:

Expected a bath tub from the photos, did not know they were currently renovating and took out the tub for a giant shower with no shelves so toiletries have to go on the floor.
Also wasn’t a fan of the TV service, i was hoping for and would have preferred regular cable.
Bed was also very firm.

just ok
Pros:

clean rooms newly renovated location was good easy access coffee all day

Cons:

we are all seniors ..no elevators.. went to the room the keycard did not work had to go downstairs luckaly just the floor below had to wait 15 minutes for a clerk the hotel was under renovation the so called breakfast was a garb and go bag just a granola bar and a yogurt also a banana we were very dissapointed

Pros:

The staff and the location also the bed was good and comfy

Cons:

The breakfast was limited option, and couldn't get good food on our last day, and the egg with bacon muffin was not a good option for people who don't eat pork

Refurbished room was very nice, breakfast was not as expected, did not stay for breakfast

The hotel is under renovations, some construction noise when we first arrived
