Grab and Go breakfast
After checking in, headed to room to find only 1 bed when the reservation was for 2 non-smoking queen beds. Trudge back to the front desk, front desk guy blamed Booking.com saying it "went through as a 1 bed reservation" which is rich.
Close to the highway.
Potholes in the parking lot are bigger than my rental car, shipping containers all over the parking lot, steps in the room, clogged sink.
Location
Carpet too old. Heater too loud. Shower too moldy.. Breakfast too basic.
Cheerful check-in! The ground floor room was clean and large and everything worked. Hot water was there right away.
The executive housekeeper was very nice.
If I had to quibble I'd suggest making the sliding door easier to close. It kept catching on something but closed eventually.

Location was great, on a Main Street with shopping and lots of restaurants! Grab and go breakfast was great/handy on our way to early sports events.
On Booking.com our room was advertised as premium 2 Queen. Instead we got sunken in 2 doubles. Our room was old, carpets stained and ripping in spots and bathroom shower moldy.
Friendly staff, Clean, tidy and quiet
Pillows were flat and terrible. It should be a crime for them to advertise continental breakfast - it's a bag with a granola bar, child size juice box and a yogurt. Complete false advertising. As someone who travels a lot; I sort by breakfast included since I'm usually in a rush and this was the worst from any hotel/motel. No elevator either. Everything was dated. Stay somewhere else.

Good value for price
Can I leave a zero star review? I booked a room to stay at for a wedding, I unfortunately can no longer attend said wedding. I've have been calling for weeks trying to tell them I am unable to attend and would no longer need the room. I kept getting the runaround that nobody can help me, the person I need to speak with isn't in, etc. I paid for the room, $189. I understand hotel policy, however, I have been trying to give them plenty of notice about said situation. I finally got through today, and was told I will be charged for the room again, so $400 later, I am penalized for trying to give them notice for over a period of weeks trying to give them notice. I am not in the position to afford this fee when I've been trying to contact them to attempt to avoid this situation, and possibly this review. Customer service is definitely a weak spot on their end.
