My stay was good.

We had our window smashed by another tenant. Having to change to another room that was in disrepair and finally given a third room that was acceptable. My wife was scared by the window breaking and all of the police activity. All the staff would say is you can’t fix stupid. Three different staff said this to us . We would never stay in this hotel or area again.

Deadbolt did not work and noisey at night.

Renovations poor. Area is not family safe. Rooms beat up and unclean.

The bed sheets were covered in stains

It was quiet and reasonable priced

No sleep noise above us all night long

Room not ready at 4:05 pm. Then no key to the room. Manager asked us to call them each time we want to get inside our room. Besides they would not guarantee if they could come and open our room door within few minutes. They only had master key to the room.

Unfortunately there was way too much noise from other clients. Noises above me and outside with people fighting until about 2 am.

I booked a room with a double bed and a sofa bed when we arrived there they gave a room with only one bed I told them that that wasn’t what I paid for. When they change my room even the worker said “ I don’t know if you would like that room because of the sofa bed” and he was right, the sofa bed was very disgusting and very dirty and old. For the price I don’t think is a good deal. We paid $159 for a night but it wasn’t worth it. Not happy with my stay there!

Not clean

Staff was fantastic and accommodating but the first morning there was a man passed out outside their room and there was fighting and screaming coming from multiple rooms and when I was out grabbing things from my vehicle, my door looked like it had been kicked in at some point and I had very little faith in it keeping anyone out, broken furniture in the room, no door on the bathroom, and when loading my stuff to leave some lady yelled at me they found bed bugs in their room- mine seemed fine but it was unsettling

Upon arriving at 4pm on Saturday, we had to wait 25 mins for the office to be staffed- When the worker finally came back to the front desk, she couldn’t find my reservation. We were in a rush to get to a concert, so when we got in our room and noticed dirty bedding, i immediately notified the staff via the message. When we returned from the concert at 1am the bedding was not changed- I mentioned this to staff at checkout and was told they were too busy to check their messages.

The deadbolt on the door was missing, the wall access to the bathroom piping was ripped off the wall, leaving them exposed, the bathroom fan was hanging off the ceiling and the tv didn’t work. There was sticky splattering up the wall like a pop had exploded and hair left on the bathroom walls.

We will never return to this hotel.

Pictures were not accurate. Worked for the night but would not go back.

Water was cold, bed sheet had stains, floor was all cold, breakfast had minimal option, not worth a 100$

Filthy

Location was fine. Room was crowded and bathroom was small. Perhaps some upgradea should be considered.

Power outrage in our room rendered heater useless and with window that lets in a draft, room was near unusable in -30 weather. Smoke detector keeps chirping adding to terrible sleep. Toilet seat not installed/fastened, not enough towels that were also dirty, holes in walls and cracks in ceiling made for a very uncomfortable stay. Staff were very friendly though.

If you could give a zero star rating, this would be the place to do it.

Stains all over the bed, holes in the wall, low battery in the fire alarm which kept beeping.

Breakfast is a joke, there was bread and jam, orange juice didn't work and there was no coffee.
