Top locatie!
Pros:

Top locatie! Praktisch naast het centrale park en op loopafstand van een leuke cenote. Prima uitvalsbasis voor het bezoeken van de regio. Attent personeel!

Cons:

Erg lawaaierig, gelegen aan een drukke straat. Onze kamer was ook nog boven de receptie en daar krijg je iedere conversatie letterlijk mee.

Pros:

I had a great stay here. The location is fantastic, so close to everything. Yet still quiet, I had a room at the back near the pool. Breakfast simple but very good. Joel on reception was extremely helpful and good to talk to.

Nothing. The pool is cold but so is every single one in Mexico so far.

Hermoso hotel boutique.
Pros:

El lugar. Esta hermoso este hotelito. A cuadra y media de la plaza principal. Los cuartos de buen tamaño. El baño grande. Un area muy linda de alberca. El desayunador lindo. Aqui mismo nos reservaron el tour a la ria lagartos, lo cual fue muy bueno porque allà manejan diferentes precios. Un chico en recepción (olvide su nombre) super servicial y amable. El dueño también muy amable.

Cons:

Que sólo hay huevos para desayunar y los mini shampoos y enjuagues son de plástico.

The staff was very friendly and welcoming. We had a beautiful, charming room. Better than how it looked in the pictures. Its one with a view of the pool and 2 double beds. It was a very lovely and clean room. Beds and linens were great. Wonderful bathroom. The only thing was a musty smell when you first enter the room, which cleared out if you leave the front door and patio door open and put on the fan.

Zentrale Lage, Personal sehr freundlich

Cons:

Frühstück ( scrambled egg mit einer Zutat, für Zweite musste man aufzahlen). Marmelade und ein kleiner Obstteller.
Viele Mücken wegen dem Pool.
Extrem laute Musik bis 3 Uhr morgens von benachbartem Lokal.

We really enjoyed our stay and would certainly stay there again!
Pros:

The hotel was very close to the main square and shops and restaurants. We had a suite, which consisted of a King size bed and a separate sitting room. There was a delicious breakfast included in a tropical court yard setting and there was a pool and lounge chairs for relaxing in the back. We enjoyed our stay immensely and the staff was cordial, helpful and professional. Free WI-FI was included. We stayed for six days and were always able to find street parking in the vicinity of the hotel. The only thing I would mention as a pro tip. The hotel is in a city setting so if you are sensitive to such noise bring a good set of ear plugs and run the air-conditioning for the cool but also for the white noise. We slept like a baby!

Well I already mentioned the street noise, which the owners and operators couldn't control. But. I also included a solution.

Lovely boutique hotel walkable to all attractions
Pros:

Great central location with lots of free street parking nearby. Room was a lovely size with a safe and toiletries and the plunge pool was a plus too. Breakfast was ordered the night before and was freshly prepared at your requested time. Staff were friendly and knowledgeable telling us about the light shows at the cathedral and monastery and suggesting restaurants to go to. Not their fault but we didn’t like El Maison del Marques(soggy tortillas), but preferred La Kaat and Yerba Buena del Sisal.
Also enjoyed Xkopek bee park nearby

Cons:

We have a travel kettle but one in the room would have been good.
