The hotel is perfectly located, just behind the city’s main square. Despite its central location, entering the property reveals a peaceful inner courtyard with a small pool, creating a quiet, almost rustic atmosphere. Parking is available in front of the hotel or at a close by parking lot - which is a great advantage.

The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with a variety of amenities. The renovated bathroom was modern and comfortable. Although we hadn’t booked breakfast in advance, we decided to have it, and it was both generous and tasty, served with a warm smile. Overall, the stay was pleasant and relaxing.

Guests are provided with parking, which requires a special card issued at reception.

There is a choice of different types of scrambled eggs with toast, fruit, juice and coffee.

I think that the hotel misrepresented itself and I question all of the good reviews. Without a doubt, the worst hotel after traveling all over the Yucatán for almost a month. They don’t have their own parking, you have to drive for blocks to park it at Burger King, where the nasty guy there told us we couldn’t park there without a special parking ticket from the hotel, even though I showed him the receipt from the hotel. Had to go back to the hotel and then back to the nasty parking attendant again.
We had the superior king suite which was big, but not very charming. The bathroom floor was filthy with dirty footprints and hair plus a muddy shoe mark in the bathtub/jacuzzi. At that point I didn’t say anything. I could go on listing the atrocities, but I don’t have enough space.
Noisy, 4 useless balconies, a postage stamp of a garden and pool ….

Goed ontbijt geserveerd aan tafel met eitje naar keuze, toast, fruit, juice en koffie/thee
Kamer was ruim en rustige ligging aan het zwembad, wakker worden met het geluid van de vogels

Es ist das 4 Mal, dass ich dieses Hotel besuche. Es ist perfekt! Es liegt perfekt direkt am Zócalo, es ist sehr sauber, die Dusche ist ein Traum und das Hotelteam äußerst freundlich! Ich empfehle es sehr!

Es la cuarta vez que estoy aquí. Para mí, el mejor Hotel en Valladolid! Perfecto en todo! Muchas gracias.

Bien placé personnel adorable

chambre tranquille, bien aménagée, eau chaude dans la douche. Possibilité du petit déjeuner. Personnel très agréable, toujours prêt à aider même avec des petites choses.

Piccolo hotel a pochi passi dalla piazza principale, camere pulite e confortevoli, staff disponibile e prodigo di consigli per rendere piacevole il tuo soggiorno, colazione ottima. Sicuramente raccomandabile

Top locatie! Praktisch naast het centrale park en op loopafstand van een leuke cenote. Prima uitvalsbasis voor het bezoeken van de regio. Attent personeel!

Convenient location, colonial vibes, wholesome breakfast

I had a great stay here. The location is fantastic, so close to everything. Yet still quiet, I had a room at the back near the pool. Breakfast simple but very good. Joel on reception was extremely helpful and good to talk to.

El lugar. Esta hermoso este hotelito. A cuadra y media de la plaza principal. Los cuartos de buen tamaño. El baño grande. Un area muy linda de alberca. El desayunador lindo. Aqui mismo nos reservaron el tour a la ria lagartos, lo cual fue muy bueno porque allà manejan diferentes precios. Un chico en recepción (olvide su nombre) super servicial y amable. El dueño también muy amable.
