Great place!
Pros:

Everything was great! It's an old house that has been converted very nicely into a hotel. Breakfast was extremely good and they offered to prepare special foods for my daughter who cannot eat gluten. Everyone was extremely friendly and nice. Cuando volvamos a Valladolid, con seguridad, nos quedaremos en el mismo sitio!

Un excellent séjour à Valladolid
Pros:

Localisation au calme mais très central. Personnel très sympathique. Chambres spacieuses et lits confortables.

Cons:

Les petits déjeuners étaient très bons et complet. Néanmoins on appréciait que d’autres boissons chaudes soient proposés à la place du café filtre ( thé, tisanes…)

Lo que más nos gustó del hotel casa san Roque fue su ubicación, la amabilidad de los recepcionistas, las habitaciones son grandes y limpias. El hotel es muy bonito tiene un patio interior con piscina, ideal para relajarte un poco después de estar todo el día visitando lugares.

Soggiorno a Valladolid, è stato portentoso. Chichen Itza, Ek Balam e i cenotes. Tutto meraviglioso
Pros:

Casa San Roque è un boutique hotel, per cui non ci si può aspettare la grandezza e i servizi di un hotel di una grande catena. Ma tutto quello che non c'è come grandezza è ampiamente compensato dai dettagli, dallo staff super attento, dalla location (a pochi metri dalla piazza centrale di Valladolid). La colazione, sempre ottima, decisa la sera prima e preparata come in casa. Niente croissant prefabbricati, ma colazioni veramente messicane come uno si aspetta e cerca. La piscina, bona per rinfrescarsi e per prendere una bibita seduti comodamente su una sdraio. Non è per allenarsi alle olimpiadi ma non era quello il suo scopo, evidentemente. Camera abbastanza grande, con un ottimo frigorifero e una TV di 42". Tutto ha funzionato alla perfezione. Il proprietario, sempre presente, ci ha aiutato in molte cose e ci ha dato anche molti consigli utili.

Cons:

Sinceramente direi: "niente". Se uno cerca un boutique hotel, vuol dire che rifugge dalle grandi catene alberghiere un po' anonime. Sarebbe stato un pochino meglio se ci fosse stato l'ascensore per andare al piano superiore, ma, data la struttura e l'architettura della casa (antica), vedo difficile che questo si possa realizzare
