I use this hotel for business normally only staying one or two nights absolutely love the property. The people are amazing. Their customer service is second to none. Highly recommend this property and they acknowledge and appreciate you being a Marriott Bonvoy member.
Excellent breakfast, very quiet hotel over the holidays. Front desk receptionist, kitchen staff & housekeeping staff were very friendly.
Stayed here for a couple of nights. The positive is that the room was very nice and extremely clean. Any interaction with the staff was terrific. They were always smiling and friendly, especially the lady in the breakfast area early in the morning, and the lady at the front desk Tuesday evening. Very welcoming. Convenient parking and a ton of amenities nearby.
The negative however, is that the window to my room(main floor) had no window lock and no screen either. The window could be easily opened from outside which I thought was concerning. Ironically the phone in the room was unplugged as well which was also surprising considering this is a Marriott brand hotel. As it is a nice place overall, I think that the security of the window locks should be rectified and am surprised this had gone unnoticed

Confusing hallways
This review is to highlight the outstanding service provided by the General Manager at the TownePlace Suites by Marriott- London (Exeter Road), David Abraham. He went above and beyond expectations to ensure that my stay was enjoyable and stress free.
I had spent the night at the hotel in order to pick up my daughter and her teammate from a provincial volleyball training week at Western. The plan was that after the last practice the girls would come back to shower before heading out for the 7.5 hour drive home.
When we got back to the hotel after their last practice to shower the water in the whole hotel was turned off as the TownPlace Suites team dealt with a burst pipe.
With no estimate on when the water would be back on and a long drive back home, we asked if there was something he could do.
“No” would have been the easiest answer but “Yes - just give me a few minutes” was David’s response.
In the few minutes, David coordinated the use of a shower at a neighbouring hotel.
The hotel was not part of the Marriott family of hotels but a hotel willing to help out. The girls had their showers and we were on our way.
Dave’s customer service was outstanding and was a great credit to the hotel, the Marriott brand and himself.
I said that if I was in London again I would stay at his hotel. I am heading back to London and will be staying at the TownPlace Suites instead or the Marriott closer to the venue because of David’s and his team’s efforts.
If there is a way to formally recognize this great customer service, it would be greatly appreciated.

This place is the absolute best place to stay in London.
I can't say anything bad thing about this place.
The staff was very helpful and friendly. Everyone that worked there said hello when walking by. Very clean and rooms all had a mini kitchen. We had a great stay. Complimentary breakfast was great as well.
Everything was excellent except for the long wait prior to being checked in. It seems it took 15 mins or more to check in each guest even though everyone had a reservation. One ot the checkin clerks seemed greatly disorganed

It was a very nice stay. The one complaint is that the air freshener they used in the lobby was so strong that it gave us a headache everytime we jad to walk through.

Great place to stay
I have stayed in a lot of hotels, but have written very few reviews. My needs a pretty basic, and while I have stayed at both high end and low end properties, my needs are a clean room, a decent bed, and quiet enough for a good nights sleep. The reason that I am writing this review is that not only did they provide for my needs, but the staff was truly amazing. I came in several hours before check in, and Shivam was able to work with their cleaning manager Kusum to get me a room immediately, (without downgrading my room category). They were friendly and happy during our entire experience & went out of their way to make sure that our stay was enjoyable. Based upon my experience with them alone, I would encourage anyone to stay at this property.
The room is clean. Staff are friendly. Breakfast are excellent.
