nu am avut minibar (dar ti se retine 50 de euro) si nici accesorii de baie, prosoapele au fost cam uzate, halat si papuci lipsesc, nu gasesti un incaltator in tot hotelul, pentru plaja nu ti se dau prosoape, televizorul nu e smart si are doar cateva posturi
L’emplacement à proximité de la marina. Le personnel du petit déjeuner, très professionnel et avenant.
L’insonorisation de la fenêtre de chambre (mal insonorisée), le bruit du voisin du dessus. Le manque d’équipement dans la chambre, type machine à café ou thé.

The best location in the city. The staff is extremely kind, polite, and professional - all compliments to them! We were welcomed in a very warm and pleasant way.
The rooms are spacious and equipped with excellent blackout blinds that darken the room very effectively.
Very clean! - special praise for the housekeeping staff who cleaned the room impeccably every day and made the bed perfectly.
The bathroom mirror lighting is every woman’s dream. Absolutely perfect!!

The bathroom ventilation is not working.
The shower shows signs of wear and corrosion, which gives a poor impression for a 4star hotel.
We were also surprised that a 4star hotel does not provide basic bathroom amenities.
Although the bed is comfortable, it is difficult to sleep well if you are sharing it with someone and are a light sleeper, as even minimal movement shakes the entire bed.
There is also a motion sensor above the bed that lights up red every time you move, even during the night. This made me feel uncomfortable.
Considering all aspects of the stay, the hotel feels overpriced for the overall experience provided.
