Disappointed
Cons:

When we arrived to check in our room had been booked by someone else who extended their stay. The person on duty could only offer us a single bed room or my money back. It was late and without a prospect for another room in the area we took the single bed room. One if my three companions had to sleep on the chair.There was no offer of a reduction on my previous paid booking. The desk person had texted their manager about some compensation for the mistake but no one ever contacted me. I felt that they could have done more for me. This is too bad as the location was very convenient to the event i attend yearly

Great pricing and staff when they’re available.

Pros:

Our room had a beautiful view there were old stains on the rug there was dust on the left guts in the bathroom and some pink mold on tile in the tub area. We had to ask for towels several times. The staff was very welcoming and friendly and made our stay exceptional and recommended places for us to enjoy . Would definitely stay here again.

Pleasant Stay for Quick Trip
Pros:

The property and rooms were very clean. Staff were attentive and nice. Coffee and infused water are offered in the lobby, and breakfast was good. It’s located in a beautiful town.

Cons:

The only downside to the property was the traffic going by in the morning outside my window, it was quite loud (semi trucks/motorcyles) and it woke me up. I wish the room filtered the sound better.

It was good but the breakfast was disappointing. Look at picture in hotel ad .
Pros:

location was good for a botanic garden. zoo. ice cream company and Amish experience. that I went for on the trip. A cheese shop I was going to visit was open Wednesday though Saturday. I visited Sunday night though Wednesday morning so I missed this attraction.

Cons:

Breakfast was coffee and lemon ice tea.

The bathroom door was comfortably open and did not get clogged. When you took a shower, the water remained 10" in the bathtub and did not drain. I also contacted the front desk. The duvet was dirty.
