Nothings, everything was perfect

The place was bad. The toilet was outside. We were uncomfortable with going outside at night. the jacuzzi looks beautiful in the pictures but it's not. It was a tent which was clear for me when I was booking so it felt like we were sleeping outside. I didn't like anything about the place

• The bathrooms provide bar soap, however once opened there is no soap dish or place to store it. Liquid hand wash would be a far more practical and hygienic option.
• Towels were not changed daily, which is not acceptable for a property of this standard.
• The coffee machine in our room leaked. What was most concerning is that staff appeared to be aware of this issue and indicated that it is a common occurrence.
• The restaurant food was consistently below average. Breakfasts were particularly disappointing and not enjoyable at all.
• Christmas lunch was especially unacceptable. The food was below standard, served cold on warm plates, tasteless, with overcooked vegetables. At R650 per person, I feel the price was completely unjustified and extremely disappointing.
• The restaurant experience overall was very poor.
• There was a major discrepancy between the drinks menu and what was actually available. Almost everything we requested from the menu was unavailable, and I eventually had to walk to the bar myself to see what drinks were actually in stock.

This was a very disappointing experience overall and a real shame, as we had hoped for far better. Unfortunately, based on this stay, I would not consider booking here again.

Nothing at all

How quiet it was.

The restaurant was closed with no prior notice, which forced us to drive at night to find food. Not a good situation.
We were the only guests in the place. Did we not get the memo?
The suite was poorly maintained.
Towels so old and rough you could use them to scour frying pans.
Towel rack would fall off the wall.
Toilet seat not properly secured and would slide out from under you.
Coffee maker didn’t work.
No soap.

My fridge, shower head and coffee machine weren't working, had to report. Improvements in conducting their inventory is needed.
Restaurant closes early so we had to drive somewhere else and struggled to access the exit.

No soap at the basins or bath.
No hand towels and no bath matts in the bathroom.
Hair dryer available in the room but with wrong plug so it couldn't be used.
Lights on the patio couldn't be swithed off.
No resaurant available at the premises. Had to travel for dinner

Dining room closed a 5 pm. No visible sign of management. We were left to WhatsApp our request and often not responded to for several hours.

No Clear indication of Restaurant hours and no clear indication if there is room service or not.
Some of the rooms are not complete, guests should not have access to these untidy areas.
Check in office is not clearly visible.
