You both to pool, but there was a giant crack and it was drained and not available to use. Curtains weren’t hanging correctly. They were broken in half of them were hanging down so we didn’t get full darkness. The pens were hard as rocks. The air-conditioning was so loud we couldn’t get a good night sleep. The microwave was broken. The blankets were extremely scratchy. The faucet on the sink was so small. You could barely reach your hands under to wash your hands it was ridiculous. At breakfast they ran out of eggs at 5:30 in the morning. They ran out of orange juice they ran out of pineapple juice. They had nothing hot. Their waffle machine was burning the waffles and broke. We were told check-in was 4 o’clock. We couldn’t check in until 6 PM. Worst experience of my life.

There was a major update to the check in system that caused the index of the rooms to be wrong. Throughout the night several people complained about thwir rooms being broken into by people who just checked in. Then it happened to us! I wrote a hostile note on the door to deter people from entering again. The staff were reasonably distressed, but what else are we supposed to do? Rapid city has a high crime rate, and pwople are getting access to rooms they shouldn't. The guy on the night shift was clueless though well meaning. After telling him that it seems like the keycard indexing system was broken, he still used the general key to unlock an already occupied room that was marked as empty on his system. I was too tired and felt bad about the distress to the staff caused by my note to ask for a refund, but under any other circumstances I would. Our room was not properly cleaned before check in. Fire your IT staff and promote the front desk morning worker for her initiative and ownership. Upgrade the night shift guy.

I have made reservation with booking.com, and personal says that they need to hold deposit in amount of USD 250, because reservation was made through 3 party. At the end they did not send money back but hotel personal and management claimed that I damaged room. After several calls exchanged and email , they did block me.

Condition of hotel is awful. In a shirty area and amenities are zero. Breakfast was a joke. Price paid should be illegal.

It felt like too much money to pay for a very basic room with limited amenities (didn’t even provide most basic toiletries provided by hotels, such as lotion, conditioner)

Couldn't stay longer

Hôtel insalubre. Tout tombe en décomposition. Tout est sale. Le sol de la salle de bain colle. On nous a laissé 1/4 de rouleau de PQ pour 2 jours, sans réserve. Il n'y avait pas de gobelet. Les draps et oreillers étaient taché. La chambre est petite, le coin lavabo minuscule. Les lampes ne fonctionnaient pas. J'avais réservé pour deux nuits, nous avons fuit au lendemain de la première nuit en réservant un autre motel en ligne.

Персонал странно выглядит (неопрятно).
В номере воняло коврами (благо окна открываются и можно проветрить).

При заселении послали на вход с зади здания но двери в отель не открываются с ключ карты. С этим так же столкнулись и другие гости.
В итоге утром увидели что другие гости положили камень что бы дверь не закрывалась.

Завтрак практически отсутствовал.
Даже чая не было (просто кипяток, зато было кофе) и это подтвердил сотрудник который пополнял йогурты и тесто для вафель.
Ни яишницы ни чего сьестного нет кроме кексов, вафель, и каши (в других восьмерках выбор больше и яичница).

Цена не соответствует качеству.

None of the lights in our room worked except for those over the sink. Breakfast didn’t start until 6:30 which was a little late since we wanted to get an early start, but the juice machine didn’t work and the breakfast area was a little dirty.
