Smelly rooms
Pros:

The price was good. Something I can afford. The front desk employees are pretty awesome and friendly.

Cons:

I didn't like that the rooms had a bad smell. And no bedside lamps and plug ins. Bathroom was dim.

We were only staying overnight.The room was ok for our needs, but things didn't work & no directions
Pros:

Brooke was very friendly & very helpful! The room was clean, comfortable & quiet.

Cons:

We could not enter through the building by door #2 because it wouldn't read our room card. The bracket for the fire detector was there, but there was no fire detector in room. The TV took 2 remotes to work-one for on/off & volume & one to change the channels, so we had to call the front for Brooke to come get our TV to work since there were no directions anywhere. The air/heat wall unit wouldn't turn on, so again had to call Brooke & ask how to turn it on again due to no directions anywhere. She informed us we had to turn the wall unit on by using the light switch under the TV. The light switch activated the wall unit by flipping up/down depending on if we needed air/heat. The parking lot had small, big, & huge potholes-I twisted my ankle avoiding the huge pothole & stepped in a smaller pothole.

Great last minute stay for the price!
Pros:

Nice and clean, Kiara did a great job cleaning our room. Comfortable beds.:) Also, Dani was extremely busy, yet super helpful as we checked in and out. She also had breakfast ready by 6:00 as we needed to begin our drive home early in the morning. Thanks so much!

Cons:

No shampoo or conditioner...not a big deal, but usually hotels include these in small containers.

bad after the young girl left. I was cold and could not get a response. I wanted a refund

The young gal who checked me in was very personable

Cons:

The heat didn't work well, no phone, no lamps the doors in and out did not work, no ice, it did not seem safe that I could not the door open to go out or use the card to get back in. I tried to call and the phone didn't work. Nobody at the front desk most of the time after 8.

Pros:

The staff are really nice and helpful. My room was clean but could use another bedside lamp. It was a bit dim otherwise I enjoyed staying there.

Cons:

The bathtub was slow at draining so I reported it upon check out. There wasn't any hand soap so I had to bring my own.
