Friendly staff, quiet and shaded outdoor space, perfect location
Pros:

We stayed at Hotel Augusta in June 2026 and it was excellent. The staff were very friendly and smiley, the room was exceptionally clean (and was cleaned every day), the location was perfect - right on the edge of the town and opposite the cable car - and the atmosphere was quiet and laid back. The outdoor pool area is lovely too - shaded with olive trees, with lots of space for everyone. Overall a great base for our week-long stay.

Cons:

The design of the car park! Unfortunately - and this is not the fault of the hotel! - our car got damaged by another guest while parked. The spaces are very small and cramped - so be careful while trying to park! Occasionally the jacuzzi was out of order - but this didn't bother us as we spent most of the time outside.

Pros:

Die Lage ist sehr gut, nur wenige Gehminuten zum Zentrum. Pool prima, Liegen ausreichend. Frühstück war gut.
Personal nett und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Im Hauptgebäude ist die Innenausstattung teilweise etwas in die Jahre gekommen, der Farb- und Dekomix an der einen oder anderen Stelle wirr. Unser Bad war jedoch modern, relativ neu und super schön.

Alles In allem ein gutes 3 Sterne Hotel.
Pros:

Die Lage ist toll mit Blick auf die Burg und den See. In die Stadt sind es nur wenige Minuten. Es hat jede Menge Restaurants, Bars und Geschäfte. Kleiner Pool im Garten mit Liegen unter Olivenbäumen.

Cons:

Im Nebengebäude gibt es leider keinen Aufzug, mit Gepäck ist es etwas anstrengend alles in den 2. Stock zu bringen. Frühstück könnte etwas abwechslungsreicher sein. Die Parkplätze am Hotel sind auch sehr speziell, für größere Autos schwierig und es gibt auch zu wenig.

Pros:

Posizione fantastica, camera vista lago e castello, 5 minuti a piedi dal centro. Piscina grande con un bel giardino, più piscina interna e idromassaggio. Colazione varia sia dolce (dolci fatti da loro) più brioche,yogurt, spremute ed altro e salato con salumi vari formaggi, uova...

Cons:

L'albergo è formato da 3 strutture, la parte dove alloggiavo era un secondo piano senza ascensore, l'unica cosa da chiedere prima di prenotare in caso di persone anziane. Hanno anche una struttura piano terra sul giardino molto comoda.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und werden sicher wiederkommen.
Pros:

Große Auswahl von allem. Sehr liebe und freundliche Gastgeber und sehr um das Wohl der Gäste bemüht.

Cons:

Die Klimaanlage wird zentral gesteuert und erst am späten Nachmittag eingeschaltet. Das war bei den Temperaturen von über 34 Grad nicht so schön. Aber nur ein kleines Manko.

Kann das Hotel leider nicht weiter empfehlen

Das Zimmer mit der schönen Aussicht , die zentrale Lage des Hotel

Cons:

Frühstück war dürftig, das Buffet wirkte bereits um 9 Uhr morgen leergeräumt. Die Aufmerksamkeit des Service war nicht gut. Benutzte Frühstückstische im Aussenbereich wurden vom Personal nicht direkt abgeräumt. Dadurch hatte man ständig Vögel am Tisch.
Mir ist auch aufgefallen das die Mitarbeiter während der Servicezeit selber an einem Tisch gefrühstückt haben. Das macht für einen Gast, keinen guten Eindruck.
Wir hatten 35 Grad Außentemperatur und die Klimaanlage wurde immer von 8 Uhr bis 16:30 Uhr zentral abgeschaltet. Wenn man ein Zimmer mit Sonnenseite hat, möchte man beim Betreten des Zimmers in der Mittagszeit am liebsten wieder abreisen.

Das Zimmer mit Terrasse war sehr schön und sehr nah am Pool. Frühstück war gut und das Personal freundlich.Parkplatz wurde abgeschlossen 👍

Cons:

Kühlschrank im Zimmer zu klein. Zur Fußball WM an der Bar konnte man nichts sehen da die Sonne schien. Hätte besser Organisiert werden können.Haben dann auf dem Zimmer weiter geschaut.
