Great budget option without feeling dingy and cold
Pros:

Honestly really great, everything you hope a low-cost motel will be but rarely is. Really nice quality soaps and supplies, decent looking pool (though I wish it stayed open later past 9pm) and a generous enough breakfast with great waffles. Right off the highway for easy access. Staff was kind enough, Would stay again!

Cons:

Walls are SUPER thin so noise from neighbours was a factor late in the night, but not a major issue - that's pretty well to be expected at this budget. Bring a set of earplugs if you are sensitive. Wish breakfast started a bit earlier at 6:30am instead of 7.

Clean, convenient and comfortable at a reasonable price.
Pros:

There was a heated pool and hot tub. Convenient location to shops restaurants (pho Ly next door was excellent). Quick and friendly check in and out. Nice breakfast included. Room temperature was adjustable. Everything was clean and comfortable at a reasonable price.

Everything was great.
