The Laureate Key West

BUGS! Roaches in the bathroom sink and floor as we arrived to check out our room. Ants in the shower. Also as I was exiting my room, the door slammed onto the back of my ankle was in a lot of pain but didn’t want it to ruin my trip. Room was comfortable and cozy but nice balcony and very partial oven view with the front of the building and trees. Should be shown in pictures for the actual room we selected because it was not worth what I paid. Wouldn’t stay again.

This is our second time staying there. We love the hotel. It close to everything and have a great view

Views were great, staff was amazing, rooms were cleaner than average, musty odor occasionally, strong cleaning smell that lingered, a few roaches spotted. Great location and pool, very spacious.

Very much! Great views of the ocean beautiful balm trees. Great pool area with towels bags,table tennis, very nice all away around! Will be there next year.

The property was ok, the room had some sort of gnats or crawling bugs on the night table. The elevator was out of service once during our stay

Our stay at the Laureate Key West was fantastic! We especially enjoyed the clean room, fully equipped kitchenette and water front balcony along with the heated pool and all the added fun games like ping pong and corn hole, and the complimentary cold water cooler with cold rags during tanning! Not many other hotels we have stayed in had such great attention to detail and all around beautiful and relaxing atmosphere. Will definitely be back!

I like everything about Laureate Hotel. Thank you for the outstanding services.

The accommodation were exactly as pictured and very clean. The advertised ocean view was misleading as all the rooms on the first floor are pool view rooms, the ocean is not visible. I was traveling with a pet and paid the $200 pet but none if the advertised amenities were provided. The front office staff was very friendly and tried to accommodate but nothing was available.

Great place to stay, but little away from downtown…didn’t matter to us.

Great 3 bedroom 3 bath suite!

The front desk receptionist that checked us in was very unfriendly. The bathroom was not stocked with soap, shampoo, conditioner dispensers in the shower. No lotion. However, the room, facilities, parking, and other staff were all excellent. I suggest that you install the shower with the dispensers that most other hotels are using. They are very nice. Overall, thank you for a great experience.

It was a great hotel, just a little far from most activities.

This hotel has beautiful bedrooms! Lot of space a small living room a complete kitchen No Oven but everything you need to make your on cooking , i really love this place !
