Very loud. Could hear everyone around our room talking and stomping around. Could hear all of the highway traffic at night loud cars and motorcycles
Location was great, and breakfast was very good.
It definitely needs some sort of better cleaning. The carpet in our room had a little smell, and would even make our feet a little dirty because we could see it come off in the shower.
The staff was helpful when needed. The bed was comfortable and room had a large refrigerator and microwave. Breakfast offered was more than just continental including eggs and sausage.
Almost all of the furnishings were in a state of disrepair. The bath tub was peeling, the shower knob was broken making temperature adjustments almost impossible and there was no shampoo or soap in the room. Carpet was dirty and the air conditioning was not working when we arrived, requiring the staff to reset it. When attempting to call front desk phone was always “busy” requiring me to walk down with each issue. Finally the elevator was less than favorable and there was never room service (cleaning) during our stay.

Location was what drew us to stay here, but we won’t be back.
In our room, the bathroom door wouldn’t close, the top hinge was coming off. There was no shampoo or soap in the shower, shower curtain was falling apart in one spot. A handle was coming off one of the drawers and the window lock was broken laying on the floor. Couldn’t adjust the air conditioner or heat, had to unplug the air conditioner when the room got too cold. Landscaping was lacking, everything was dried out or dead, not very appealing when we arrived.
Room was clean. Close to ikea. There was a steady steam of customers which gave me confidence. Breakfast was standard continental food, and ok. Everything about the stay was acceptable.
Pillows were too small for the bed, looked funny. Facilities are a bit rundown, bathtub was peeling, molding along the floor was missing in spots. Elevator was jerky. Parking lot was a bit sketchy. There was a car that had spiderwebs on it, and tabs from 2018 taking up space. Rate was similar to the newer, higher rated hotels nearby.
Bed was comfortable, shower was good. Breakfast was good 😊
Busted cover on outlet. No ice bucket! Something sticky on rug not cleaned up properly. No cover on bathroom fan.
Room was terrible. Tub has peeling paint. Spot on carpet near sink was sticky. Hair tie on bathroom doorknob and on floor near window. One dresser drawer was taped closed. No stopper in sink. Elevator sounded like it was going to break at any time
