Island Patong Beachfront Apartments

The place was awful

The owner was very kind. My family and I were always provided bottled water daily. The apartment is across the street from the beach and the restaurant ciel blue downstairs was great! Convenient.

Great stay in an excellent location. Staff were all very kind and helpful. Food in the downstairs restaurant was delicious.

Near beach

THE MOST AMAZING STAFF!! Amazing service from the reception also the cleaning service. Although the hotel might be a bit old the service and the staff made it wonderful!

Close to Beach. Small pool facing the very busy Road, fun for adults, a bit to loud if you want the kids to sleep befor midnight.

Det absolut enda positiva är läget och den trevliga personalen som jobbar på hotellet. Annars är det i riktigt riktigt dåligt skick. Vårt boende gick inte ens
Att låsa under vår vistelse, tv funkade inte, Wi-Fi funkade inte, fanns inga mörkläggningsgardiner och ljudet på nätterna var KAOS!

It was a crappy box 3 sories up a narrow, steep staircase. It is located above a resturaunt that you have to walk through whenever you want to enter or leave the room. The room was in terrible condition. We felt uneasy walking past customers to go to our room. We ended up finding other accomidations so we didnt need to stay there as long as we planned. I cant imagine much worse accomidations. So, the money I spent on it was a total waste. This was the only portion of our vacation that was negative. If I could rate this with negative stars, I would.

El departamento esta bien, pero para entrar debes cruzar todo un restaurante y aguantar la mirada de comensales y trabajadores que te ven muy mal jaja como si les molestara y los colchones son lo mas incomodo, preferi dormir en el suelo

Awful! The hotel, reception and lift all in different places. Does not resemble any of the photos on line,
Filthy, needs a re vamp.
I didnt stay here i had to book a room elsewhere, my son used this booking as he hadnt booked in advance and it was non refundable.

I was really so close to the beach, restaurants, and everything you need in between. Patong is where everything happens. I liked the hotel and regret that we didn’t book longer.

Great location but that's it. Very noisy all night. Propery is really run down and needs maintenence and a major refresh.

I stayed with my two childern and we enjoyed beach all the day.
I love this hotel because of beachfront, and there are so many stores and restraunts.
Bahnzan night market was very close and it was very exciting experience to me.:-)

This is probably one of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed in. TV did not work. Took three days to fix. Shower drain was plugged for five days before they finally got it unplugged balcony door would not lock. I’ve seen a show on National Geographic where the prisoners in the Netherlands live better than the people in this hotel has to be the worst.

Not really a hotel as much as a couple of rooms above a Restraunt, which functions as the lobby. Name wasn't Island Patong, but Modern Residences. Not clean, needs renovations badly, 4 story walk up, carry your own bags. So noisy from road could not sleep.

If you get a good price or not many options but need a good location, this will do.

Except location, nothing was good. Terrible service, No soap, shampoo in room. TV was broken and never fixed in 3 days. Main door lock wasn’t working and they took hours to fix it.
