Location is good, there are many restaurants nearby including Tims is just across the road. Hotel also have some advertised restaurants which is good. Enough parking for the cars on both the sides of the hotel. Rooms were clean. There are minor repairs and checks required and should be done by the service team.

I gave it one star as zero stars was not an option. There were no redeeming characteristics at all. Free breaksfast? Would rather pay than eat what they called food. Did we mention the dried blood or ketchup stains on the wall. The terrible bed, the walls that needed fixing, the wifi that kept dropping? You could not pay me to stay here ever again.
The a/c worked well and the beds were comfortable. The fridge was good. When we realized there wasn't an elevator, the staff made the effort to move one of our rooms to the main floor.
Room was clean enough, but too much big furniture and not enough functional furniture. Should have taken out the dresser, large cupboard and made room for a chair or two. The hairdryer didn't work and I called to the front desk, but no one responded. The accessiblity aspect was negligable. No elevator and you had to step over/into the tub for the shower. This should be noted in the website as we had people in our party who couldn't navigate the stairs. Accessibility shouldn't be an option in this day and age.

There were less amenities in the room- no microwave to warm the food, no plates and cutlery, AC is either too cool or just warm, very poor wifi.
Was disappointed with the overall cleanliness. The carpet felt sticky and even had a visible burnt iron mark. There was dust on the curtains, and the couches were stained and not inviting to sit on. The bathtub had black mark stains where a mat had been removed. The beds were fine, but the rest of the room did not meet basic cleanliness standards. Not much space to sit or stand in due to the dirt. The continental breakfast was poorly managed. There was no space to sit, the area was completely full, and long lines formed just to get breakfast. Combined with the room cleanliness issues, the overall experience was disappointing. At checkout, the receptionist didn’t acknowledge us at all. He didn’t look up, didn’t thank us, and simply took the key and said “all ok.” Combined with the cleanliness issues and the crowded breakfast, the overall stay felt below expectations.

The complimentary breakfast was good with many choices. The staff were polite and helpful. Very good location. Near to all basic necessities
The towers are a bit damp and just 3 pairs. The bed sheets also feel like damp or not freshly changed.
