Pros:

Outdated room, uncomfortable bed and pillows. The floors are disgusting and listing off the floor. heating unit old, either too cold or too hot. crappy coffee machine, didnt even use it once. a microwave from the 90's. the worst part, the shower, the pressure was extreamly bad, not 1 decent shower for the 2 weeks there. and the breakfast selection... nevermind, just go to tim hortons across the street everyday. will never stay there again.

Medical rate
Pros:

Winter weather being bad. Needed a hotel for night before a medical operation. Owen Sound hotels don't offer a medical rate like London or other bigger cities. The room was comfortable and the older hotels heating system is noisy when it is 15 below outside and the system has to run all the time. . TV channels are limited. . Breakfast was ecqualable got you going for the day. Hotels staff friendly and helpful. Travelodge hotel will work if you're not wanting anything other than a place to stay. .

Pros:

Breakfast was very crowded dining room & only cold eggs, tables not cleaned between customers. Had to wait for coffee & milk to he replenished.
Desk clerk was excellent...friendly & very helpful.

Cons:

Tv was difficult to operate & poor picture..
Dining space too small.
Rooms need a refresh.

Pros:

I’d like to share my appreciation for the wonderful experience during my stay. The staff , room and breakfast was excellent, and I’d strongly recommend this hotel to others.
Although my online booking card was declined, the staff were very understanding when I called to explain that I would pay upon arrival. I also requested a room close to my friend’s, and team kindly accommodated .
Overall, the staff were extremely helpful, and the hospitality was outstanding. Thank you for making my stay comfortable.

Payment for the single stay was close to $ 300 is really high price
