Nice, relaxing and the hosts were very friendly!
Pros:

The location and easy access to where ever you wanted to go! Also enjoyed the pool!

Cons:

The big tree in the front of motel was partially blocking access to pull in from San Marco Rd, especially if a car was parked by the front of motel. Also maybe a bath mat needed for bath-tub.

Great experience
Pros:

Room was really clean. When We got there you could smell how clean it was. It is a short drive to historic downtown. The staff was nice.

Pros:

Warm and welcoming staff person assisted me to have a quiet room.
Cleanliness wise I would say OK. This is a budget level property.
No extra frills. Room was rather gloomy..
Minimal amenities. Directly on the road about a 10 minute drive to Historic District.
Overpriced for the product received.

Beware of vagrants
Pros:

Proximity to activities, great shower.

Cons:

Had to park in the back of facility in front of laundry. That wouldn't have been so bad , but there was a homeless man sitting there. He was there when I arrived and was there for our entire stay. The whole situation made my girl very uncomfortable.
I will never stay at this location again.

Pros:

We had no hot water, our toilet would not flush, we had no WiFi and the overnight person was rude, crude and useless. — To say the least. I attempted to seek some type of monetary considerations for our bill but I was informed they would do nothing since I booked with Booking.com. Consequently, I am notifying you. This has been the absolute worst experience my husband and I have ever encountered and we travel worldwide and frequently. Hopefully, something can be done for us. I thank you in advance for any consideration you give to our most horrible overnight experience at this hotel.
