Waste of my money that has become an inconvenience now
Pros:

The bed was better then expected upon arrival at the dump

Cons:

Everything. Staff was rude, place was dirty and very rundown. Asked for extra towels and never received them. Room was dirty and clocks hadn’t even been changed.

Worst of all they have not refunded my deposit and there was ZERO reason to keep it.

Terrible facility and misleading information on web site. I am going to dispute with master card

Absolutely nothing , have never stayed there before and never will again.

Cons:

Your site advertised a heated pool open year round. When we arrived no mention that the pool has been down for months but your add says it’s open. Advertised free breakfast and none was provided. Towels in the room were dirty and stained totally unacceptable. Did not even stay in the hotel on Saturday and stayed with friends that were there and went swimming at a local public pool! Gave my contact information with front desk with email and phone and no response from management!

Was sad to hear that the heater on the pool was broke down when we arrived. I know that's not a thing that they can control, but was still disappointed.
