I have to give this establishment 5 star’s all around
Pros:

Conveniently located in Seaside off the highway 1 with easy access to local attractions and restaurants. The staff is very friendly and has an excellent coffee dispenser with french vanilla, Irish cream, and plain creamers. They also have a nice juice dispenser with four varieties including apple and cranberry. The room are very clean and quiet, the mattress are firm and the rooms have ceiling fans and the windows open so the rooms stay cool throughout the day and night. I only planned on staying a the Bay Breeze Inn overnight on Thursday, but after talking to Sam the manager, I extended my stay for the weekend, he’s a great guy and conversationalist.

We won’t use booking.com again

We booked a room with your hotel on Booking.com and on the way to the hotel, the hotel called us and said they were over booked. They gave a number to call to book a room with their sister hotel the Sand Dollar down the street. The room we had to book was $40 more than the room we originally booked and it was a down grade. When we checked out the next morning we were told that this hotel was not affiliated with your hotel and they lied about being a sister hotel.
