Pros:

Large room, nice clean smell as you walk into the room, bed very comfortable. Desk clerk was very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Front of window had water stains. Constriction going on at the property, parking is very tight. coming and going of people as well as hammering.

It was a great last minute affordable booking, I would definitely go back and bring my drinks
Pros:

Good location, 5-10 min drive from the beach access, comfortable beds, toiletries were stocked in bathroom reception was nice, property is doing some work, affordable

Cons:

No water/soda machine, no ice machine, only 2 pillows on each queen bed, front stairs need repair bottom was held up by concrete blocks

I have to give this establishment 5 star’s all around
Pros:

Conveniently located in Seaside off the highway 1 with easy access to local attractions and restaurants. The staff is very friendly and has an excellent coffee dispenser with french vanilla, Irish cream, and plain creamers. They also have a nice juice dispenser with four varieties including apple and cranberry. The room are very clean and quiet, the mattress are firm and the rooms have ceiling fans and the windows open so the rooms stay cool throughout the day and night. I only planned on staying a the Bay Breeze Inn overnight on Thursday, but after talking to Sam the manager, I extended my stay for the weekend, he’s a great guy and conversationalist.
