Beds are old and extremely uncomfortable. The beds sizes queen are actually double size, too small for two people. I have back/ neck/ shoulder issues and was in pain the entire time there and for days when got home. Our toilet needed to be plunged everyday because it wouldn't flush. The breakfast was low quality and poor selection. The pool was shut down on the most important day. We had to go down our selves for extra pillows or toilet paper etc. Noone brought anything to us. The fridge ended up freezing everything inside of it. The cable is very basic, not entertaining at all. The doors to each room are very very loud when opening and closing (mechanisms for handle/ lock). We expected alot better for a hotel on the water.

We were satisfied
Perfect location on waterfront & Brant St Pier, we were treated to Canada Day race activities just outside our window & front door of hotel! Many nearby restaurants for easy dining access. Hot Breakfast provided was yummy; one day scrambled eggs & 2nd day omelettes, hash browns, sausage, yogurt, choice of toasted items & juices were quite sufficient for a great start to our days. Room was spacious & comfortable. Parking is charged by the hotel, don't pay outside at meter kiosks!
Really no complaints, but we were looking forward to swimming in pool. 1st attempt, pool was already pretty full w families swimming. 2nd attempt, pool closed for maintenance problem. But all staff were very pleasant & helpful, kudos!
Absolutely beautiful! We will be back, this neighborhood is a hidden gem and I'm so happy I found it and will bring my family back to enjoy!
This hotel provided the bare minimum. There’s no water in the rooms. Too much plastic is used. I’m surprised that there isn’t more of a green footprint.

There was no place to park Way park about two blocks away.
I think you could use less paper less plastic and be more environmentally conscious

The air-conditioning didn't work. No one was sent to fix it, nor were we given an alternative room. The staff didn't seem to think it was a priority.
The fridge had an awful smell coming from it.
Paid extra for a view of the waterfront. Trees completely blocked any sort of view from the 2nd floor.
