It was great.
Pros:

Breakfast was very basic…but fairly good. Checkin was fast. Place was clean.

Cons:

Tv channel options were not good. A smart tv, or access to rent movies would be MUCH better. My in room climate controls didn’t work. Couldn’t turn on the fan/ac/heater, but didn’t realize it until we were just going to bed.

Ruime kamer met goede bedden. Mooie locatie aan het park bij het meer.

Cons:

Het verbaasde me dat de medewerkers achter de balie de hotelgasten die langslopen niet groeten. ook niet als er niemand aan de balie staat. Dat komt ongeïnteresseerd en onbeleefd over.

De dop van het bad functioneerde niet.

Decent stay, great location and staff
Pros:

Great Location and the staff was friendly and pleasant to deal with.

Cons:

The room was pretty beat up. Ripped wallpaper, stains on the carpets, damaged light fixture in the room. It did not feel very clean. One the other hand the room rate wasnt that high so i guess you get what you pay for. The lobby and hallways were decent but the room showed serious wear.

Location is perfect and the area works well for my 14 year old Golden Retriever

Overall the hotel met our expectations and we would stay there again if we needed to visit the area.
Pros:

Location and room were good. Staff were also good. Cost was reasonable considering the location.

Cons:

The carpet in our room was in need of replacing as it looked tired and in need of cleaning.

This stay was functional.
Pros:

Great breakfast good food lots of choices.
We were greated well.

Cons:

Random seating to have breakfast without going back to our room.
TV's in the rooms were not clear to watch. Brutal to be honest.
The cost to stay in this hotel (off season) was way to expensive. Very disappointed.
only one elevator working for cleaning staff and customers to share.

Not sure I would stay again simply because of all of the excess charges to my card.
Pros:

It’s close to the waterfront and downtown Burlington. Beautiful location.

Cons:

There were stains on the carpet. The bar downstairs had their music on so loud that I could hear it clearly in my room. The staff did address this though. They also charged my credit card SEVERAL times! One sum of over $900! I wasn’t able to actually get should have anyone via phone either. Some of the charges have yet to be rectified.

Too noisy, bar down stairs, on 6 floor and can still hear music and the "dj "screaming into the microphone. Poor results never b back.
