Great location and surroundings.
Room was fine, Aircon was quite loud.
Breakfast was included but was pretty basic, and when weather was poor and couldn’t sit outside there was very limited indoor seating.
The staff were excellent. They accommodated every need, including accessibility concerns. There was also a lake view which was stated in the description.
Our primary difficulty was the volume. There was noise from outside (motors revving) and inside (voices and doors closing loudly) until approximately midnight. The lower ballroom has no elevator access, leaving it unavailable to persons with mobility devices and difficult and possibly unsafe for persons with limited mobility. Details mentioned in the promotional materials were not provided (bathrobes, gift shop and breakfast items specified).
Great room, great location. The breakfast was good, but it needs more variety in terms of food options.
Daily parking rate is still high.

Room 123 is not suitable as a room. The outdoor restaurant is right outside the window. There were people right outside the window. It was very noisy.
Thankfully, a kind staff person was able to trade a room for me, otherwise I would have left.

The location is convenient to access downtown Burlington.
Our air conditioner didn’t work in the room and they weren’t able to fix it. The hotel was not able to offer us another room and did not do much to compensate us for the inconvenience.
