Localização e os funcionários, principalmente os da recepção, muito atencioso e solícito quando solicitados

O cheiro de cigarro nos corredores e entradas do prédio
E o sofá cama impossível de ter o mínimo de conforto
Colchão extremamente fino,mais parecia um colchonete, tanto que tive que colocar minhas cobertas no colchão para não sentir os ferros do sofá

The location is ok. The kitchen part of the room is the best part of the room.

Cons:

The bathroom for start was filthy like the sink had some kind of black mold looking stuff coming off when we cleaned it. The room smelled like smoke and it was non smoking. The t.v bever worked. We complain on the first day and they claim they would let someone know. The next day we stayed at the room until almost lunch, noone came to check it. We returned at almost 6 to the tv still not working. Called to front desk and asked for a refund and Milton gave 14 dollars back after not having a tv for the whole 2 day stay. Very much not pleased or satisfied for what I paid.
