The dresser drawer was broken the tvs also didn’t work
The drawer in the kitchen was broken and the couch had a mark/hole the beds were ok but not the best

Dirty, pool closed, no staff after 12, not enough towels or bedding, nasty beds with stains everywhere, stairs smelled of animal pee, false advertising!!! Room was nothing like the picture we booked.

I didn’t like anything it was ran down. Rooms are disgusting. You don’t have a TV dirty dishes. It’s not a nice property.
Nothing has communication
The girl at the front desk was helpful and polite. She told us that we could have gotten the room cheaper if we had booked with them directly, rather than using a third party website.
Very poor housekeeping. The floors looked like they haven't been vacuumed in months. The bathtub looked like it hadn't been cleaned in months (I was almost too afraid to shower there). Due to the poor housekeeping, I chose not to eat the breakfast.
Did not stay, at 930 pm room was not ready, no explanation other than 15 min delay waited 40 min still no room and no explanation, asked for different room, front desk clerk said a few minutes, than left and did not return. We did not stay, left and found different hotel I am requesting that my credit card be refunded immediately.
Everything, customer service was awful, front desk clerk shift was done, so he passed onto someone else who also had no explanation why room was not ready or could not give another room. Requesting immediate refund to my credit card.

Very close to kings island.
Our recent stay was extremely disappointing and not at all worth the cost. From the moment we arrived, the experience was frustrating. Check-in took 35 minutes while two staff members remained in the manager’s office and refused to come out, even when housekeeping tried to get their help.
Safety was a major concern. The entry door to our building did not lock and remained propped open, which not only made the building feel unsafe but also left it freezing during a cold snap. To make matters worse, people were regularly standing in the entryway smoking and lingering with their dogs. We were jumped on and growled at multiple times just trying to enter and exit—especially concerning with children.
Breakfast was poorly managed. There was no staff monitoring or restocking food, plates, or cups. We had to track someone down just to get basic items. Even more concerning, the English muffins left out were over two weeks expired and still in their original packaging.
We had two rooms, and both had ongoing issues with key cards—twice we had to go back and have them reactivated after they stopped working overnight.
Overall, the service and conditions did not match the price we paid. We will not stay here again and would not recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area, including those going to Kings Island.
Extremely Spacious, Front desk very friendly and understanding, Clean, No bugs, Quiet, Continental breakfast. Full size living room and kitchen!!!
