Very cozy and very clean. Great value!
Pros:

Friendly at check-in and breakfast. Cozy room and very clean.

Cons:

Not a complaint, but a comment: the bathroom had been remodeled at some point, but the floor was in bad shape around the edges looking like it had suffered water damage. And the light fixture was very rusty. Seems odd that those weren’t included in the remodel. Also, the faucet leaked around the base when the water was turned on full force.

It would have been nice to have fresh oatmeal and yogurt without artificial sweeteners, but I realize you can’t have everything.

Don't stay if you have a pet.
Pros:

Good breakfast. Late check in.

Cons:

They don't tell you anywhere that there is a pet fee for service animals. I had to pay an extra $100 for my daughter's service dog. The hotel said pet friendly but didn't mention anything about a fee.

It is a wonderplace to stay
Pros:

Location is great, cost is terrific, staff has always been friendly and helpful

Cons:

It is an older property but well cared for. Would be nice to have toilets that are a little higher to sit on and the showers could have shower pads or something to make the tub not as slippery

Worked well for three nights. Close to downtown Golden and the football stadium.

Pros:

It was well equipped and enough space. It was well maintained with a very nice surroundings.

Cons:

There were people sitting in their cars regularly often late into the evening smoking marijuana. It was a bit unnerving.

Pros:

The facility was hot and cold—we had adjoining rooms and our room was well kept but the other one was not. Bed not made and trash not emptied. Although it’s a nonsmoking facility, it was clear people were smoking inside and out.

Property was dated. Furniture was aged. Kitchen was dated. Staff was nice enough. They ran out of breakfast items before stated breakfast hours were over. Although it has a Golden CO address it is 20 minutes from downtown Golden.
