This was a good place to stay for our short business trip to Richmond.
Pros:

The staff was very professional and pleasant. The room was comfortable.

The cockroaches. There were babies every where in the kitchen. We tried to get another room there but they were booked. They were nice enough to hand us a can of Raid. 😡 very disappointing. We want our money back!

Not as advertised and an incredibly disappointing facility.
Pros:

It was close to my tournament venue

Cons:

The secured door was unlocked. The hallway leading to my room smelled like weed and black and milds. This smell went into my room as soon as I opened the door. I checked out immediately on 13 Nov and checked into another Hotel. Front desk explained I would have to pay for that night and reimbursed the rest. I never received my receipt in my email, as promised and business will not answer my messages.
