I won’t book again, thank God I didn’t take any bugs home
Pros:

The room was big and lots of space felt like an apartment

Cons:

Noisy, breakfast was below basic not even cereal just dusty muffins, and watered down coffee, the rooms were outdated, smelly, had dead roaches under sink, sounds like there’s a brawl going on in the middle of the night inside of the building, lots of guests smoking outside. Dirty walls, brown liquid drips on the wall from I don’t know what maybe blood or liquid poop.

I will not recommend the extended stay hotel to anyone
Pros:

I love the location

Cons:

The staff was very racist. They were unfair. They did not provide all of the information and they assumed I could not pay. They raised my room rent to make me leave because I threaten to leave.

Good for what we paid.
Pros:

The room was comfortable but could use a few updates and repairs. Breakfast was simple. Location was convenient to our activities. Price was good.

Cons:

The room smelled like someone had smoked in it recently even though it was a non-smoking room. The smell did dissipate after several hours of being there. The hallway smelled bad the whole time. The entry door to our floor was not secure.

Pros:

It was clean. Location was easy to find. Good parking.

Cons:

The name says extended stay but no pans available. Then I asked for mugs, plates, and silverware, only got 1 mug.

Decent, a little pricey for what we got
Pros:

Staff was friendly and helpful

Cons:

Room was advertised as having a pull out sofa. First room did not have a sofa, replacement room had a tiny and uncomfortable futon. Requests for extra towels and sheets were not done prior to arrival.

Good size but not clean
Pros:

Good size for families traveling

Cons:

The room was obviously not cleaned. There were used soda cans and other trash around in windowsills, etc. The floors in the unit were disgusting. After being there for fifteen minutes, our feet were black. We were only given one towel for a two bedroom, and when we asked for more we were told repeatedly that there were none available because they were all in the wash. Finally on our third attempt we were able to get a few extra towels. The staff at the front desk were friendly but clueless. When we checked in it was chaotic. The employee initially told us she wasn’t sure there were any two bedrooms available despite that being our reservation and then she went around and around about which room we were going to. Then they double charged us which has been a whole thing trying to resolve.

Pros:

I was able to get a good price for a last-minute booking.

However, it will never stay there again

Cons:

When we first survived to our first room. There was hair in the bathtub and hair on the toilet seat and hair on the floor. The room was not clean at all. Switched to another room and the room smelled of smoke real bad floor was not vacuumed to the floor as potential and bathroom looked very dingy and gross. Very dirty corners that were very noticeable.

The rooms are old, and the furniture is outdated and filthy, there was roaches in our room, and the bathroom was not cleaned correctly. the blanket was thin, and the room was cold. kitchen was little and ugly. the fridge was right next to the bed, annoying

Enjoyed the beach but hotel was in weird location
Pros:

The staff was great and very friendly.

Cons:

The rooms were not next to each like we requested and they were still cleaning one when we checked in. The room had roaches and a wasps nest outside the window. Also the hallway smelled like urine and the room had a molded meldew smell. We had to ask for wash clothes and linen for the pull out bed.
