The tub in room 223 felt like it was going to break it kept cracking when we shower it even has a dip in the middle.

Spotless room and friendly staff. Only downside was that it appears to be a smoking area very close to the main entrance, requiring breathing cigarette smoke to enter the property—otherwise, an excellent place for families given the kitchenette and laundry facility.
There is a $5 parking fee that I wasn't aware of; it should be clearly stated before the booking is made.
