Dear Sir,
I endured a very unsatisfactory stay at this place, which can only be described as a disgusting hovel. Upon my arrival, which admittedly was late, 7.15pm to be precise, and I had messaged ahead to say that I would be late arriving (in fact I said I expected to arrive at c.7.15pm!), I was told by reception that my reservation had been cancelled. When I enquired as to who had cancelled the booking, the receptionist put the blame squarely on Booking.com, but to be fair to you, that was a blatant lie because when the receptionist called your office, the first message said that the booking was live/confirmed. Anyway, after almost two hours, it was agreed that the booking would be cancelled, I’d get a refund, and that I have to book again at reception which ended up costing me more. I actually spoke to a young lady in the other end of the phone, but she just rudely hung up on me because she had no answers to my questions as to how I’d ended up in such a situation, none of which, was of my making. To be fair, the receptionist, Rasheedah, did go out of her way to help and she was very patient when trying to get through to Booking.com. I have no complaints to make about that kind young lady, nor her colleagues who I dealt with, at all. However, the door handle to my room was broken and when you look at the images, I am about to add, of the bed, well I’ll let you decide whether you think another refund is due. In short though, the bed was broken and I had to sleep in a manner that meant I didn’t end up on the floor. You couldn’t make this up.

The area
The property is sketchy
Convenient to the places we needed to visit. Very friendly staff. Room was comfortable and well suited to our needs. Location was very quiet yet convenient to I-285.
Trash room was constantly overflowing. Dishwasher did not work, although we actually had very little need for it. 2 of the 3 washing machines were non-operative; however, we were able to fulfill our laundry needs.
The staff was very friendly and helpful.
Praying that no rodents get in my luggage and I bring those rodents into my house. Seen a couples roaches. Also the couch has a lot of spots and wood on the bathroom sink at the bottom was very damage it was missing.

Loud noises that was on for 6hrs fire alarm then came in room and asked us to leave so can clean A/C unit... Manager rude..Then came in room said smell like smoke and no ody advised of of no smoking room and didnt say it when checked in...
Customer service was greeted soon as I walk. They let me look at the room before I paid anything. Room 515. Was relaxing. Has an oven, microwave, refrigerator.

The rooms were clean
The hall way had a weird smell that lingered, but luckily I could not smell it in the room. The elevator had a really bad smell and a weird liquid puddle on the floor and one elevator was out of order. Someone left unwrapped partially eaten food laying in the hall.
