スタッフの方が丁寧でした！
1泊目は団体予約で、2泊目は個人予約だったのですが、2泊同じ部屋にしていただきました！
大浴場で入浴ができてありがたかったです！

Cons:

2泊しても予約が別のため、連泊予約などではなかったので、2泊目もサービスのお水が欲しかったなと思いました。
ホテル内のコンビニに浴衣スリッパで行けないことがちょっと不便でした。

エレベーターはかなり待つ

Cons:

ツインルームに宿泊したが、ベッド間が狭すぎる。ベッドも狭すぎる。スーツケース置きが小さすぎる。こんなに狭く小さいのは（ベッドも含めて）今時珍しいと思った。また、駐車場がわかりにくい。

44階からの景色は最高でした。夜景も素晴らしく、それだけでも泊まる価値があります。チェックインまでの誘導も問題なく、大きなホテルでありながら戸惑うことはありませんでした。料金もリーズナブルであり、お得感があります。

Cons:

洗面台は以前の設備のままなので、清潔ながらも古い感じは受けました。
