如果度假的話，是一間可以足不出戶，本身有便利店、藥妝店。去幕張會展中心有連接通道。走路去JR站要十分鐘以上，部分路段是露天。網上對酒店的評分頗兩極，個人覺得主要視乎入住的房型。客房有一般APA酒店的十多平方米，也有三百多平方米，以致入住體驗
