Enjoyed the Diamond a lot and would happily and enjoy a return visit
Pros:

Lovely hotel, nice to walk around local area for hair cut, local food and bars etc.

Enjoyed the lounge experience with a special mention to Reynald the staff member in the lounge on floor 25… he was very passionate to the customers and made the visit special

الفندق نسبيا جميل. للعرب البوفيه لايوجد غير البيض والكرواسان والزيتون
Pros:

الموقع جدا مناسب لمن يرغب بالقرب من المكاتب الاستقدام. وكذلك يوجذ مطعم حلال يقدم ماكولات طيبه خاصه كبسه اللحم والبخاري. مطعم القيصر

Some areas of the hotel and staff brilliant, others areas INCREDIBLY RUDE and racist.
Beautifully maintained very clean quiet rooms, quality fixtures and brilliant housekeeping staff.
Perfect location, felt extremely safe and staying in style.

Cons:

Electrocuted in pool
And staff did not give a damn.
Filthy mouldy bathroom, incredibly racist arrogant staff in some areas , utterly HATE white guests. Rude rude untrained unprofessional self centred arrogant staff
