Great hotel in the heart of Manila. Treated as a guest not a customer

Great location, friendly and efficient staff. Room was clean, food great, check in and out easy. Slightly older hotel but well maintained and added to the quality of this property

なかなかよかったです。なんといってもロケーション!
Pros:

ロケーションが最高によいです。朝食もまあまあ。マニラでの滞在なら値段もこんなもんなのでしょうか。総じて良かったです。

Cons:

そんなにはありませんが、建物はそんなに新しくはありません。朝食も素晴らしいというほどではなく、可もなく不可もなくという印象。

A great stay
Pros:

The staff is very helpful, very friendly with always a smile on their face.
The hotel room has a old type of style. The room is always very clean and the bed is super comfortable. In the room there is available: hot water maker for coffee & tea, everyday fresh water, iron available, blow driver, a table, a tv and a safe.

Cons:

The old type of style in the room I didn‘t like too much and the the shower curtain.
The bath mat was moldy, so we informed the staff and got a new one.
