hotel discreto, molto grande con comodo parcheggio sul piazzale antistante. Camere grandi con balcone e vista, facilmente raggiungibile

Overall a very nice Hotel it just needs a few adjustments to meal it an exceptional Hotel.

The staff the breakfast the foyer and the rooms

Cons:

There is no air conditioning in the building. I am told it’s heat til May and then Cool air after but you can’t have both. We were extremely hot at night and had to leave the balcony door open all every night. They really need to change this system.
There was an odor in the foyer I don’t know what it was but certainly didn’t smell great. I presume this isn’t something that’s there all the time but for the few days I was there it wasn’t that nice.

Not much fun. Avoid if possible.
Pros:

Cheaply constructed. Very basic amenities. Breakfast is way too crowded and so many rude people. Hotel smells musty. Staff are kind. Not a great choice

Buena localización, parking amplio. Personal muy amable.
Pros:

La limpieza y el personal. El parking está bastante bien si vas a Santiago en coche. El desayuno está bastante bien. Está a unos 15 minutos andando del centro de Santiago, lo que le hace bastante conveniente.

Cons:

Habitaciones calurosas, sin aire a condicionado en la epoca del año en la que fuimos. Habitaciones con un pésimo aislamiento acustico. Se oyen las conversaciones y la TV de las habitaciones contiguas, por lo que si tu vecino es noctámbulo tu tampoco puedes descansar.
